Dishwasher Door install
Kevin visited and fixed the dishwasher door that has been problematic since we moved in.
Very neat and tidy worker and door currently working well.
Just hope it lasts longer than the last fix by a different engineer which was good for less than a week, time will tell……

EFFICIENT!
I eas called by Clive who said if I was going to be at home he could come today. I had called the company to advise them that tomorrow (when Clive was booked in) I had a slight emergency at the doctors. When Clive called I was pleased. He came, saw my problem and exchanged the cupboard door - just like that!
Very efficient. Friendly too.

Lovely fitters, time will tell re the quality of the doors.
We originally had a PRM kitchen installed in our new build property 9 years ago. Unfortunately several of the doors delaminated within about 6 months. So PRM have recently been out (after 8 years of arguing with Charles church aka persimmon) to change the door fronts on a like for like basis.
The guys who came to do the fitting were lovely, Kevin and George. They were clean, tidy and respectful. All the doors have been hung well and we're happy with the work they have done. All rubbish has been removed too.
Time will tell if these doors are any better quality than the original ones fitted but I can't fault Kevin and George.

Great job by Kevin…
Kevin came on time and tightened both taps which were loose. He was courteous and patient and did a great job, I can now use the taps without fear of a leak. One was not easy to get into but he persevered to get it done. Kevin left everything clean and tidy.

Cabinet Door replacement
Kevin did a great job at replacing one of our kitchen cabinet doors that had developed cracks in the handle indent. He was on time, efficient and cleaned up any rubbish and the old door. Job done quickly and he was very polite. Thanks very much

Kitchen fitting - Clive
Clive was fantastic. He made contact with us the day before and then gave an up to date ETA on the day of the fitting of the kitchen making it easy to plan the day.
Clive was very trustworthy and did a brilliant job of the kitchen. Clive even went out of his way to help fix our sticky front door.

Great experience!
We asked for a custom made peninsula for our kitchen, Paula Rose Manhattan were super amenable and quickly supplied us with a variety of options. We chose our perfect design and they arranged for very quick installation, the man who came to build our peninsula provided great attention to detail while also building quickly, and cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend.

Recent refit to Kitchen Worktop
I had a recent visit to rectify an issue I had with a new home. It was dealt with so professionally by the New Build and by Paula Rosa and arranging with Jo was really easy. Martin and George came on the day and worked really efficiently and in a timely way. They also left everything really clean and tidy and communicated with me throughout. Thank you Paula Rosa!

Additional units added to existing Kitchen
We recently purchased additional units from the Paula Rosa lancing showroom for our existing new build Paula Rosa kitchen. Karen was very helpful in deciding what to put in the space available. Customer services kept us updated on the delivery/scheduling. Clive was our selected fitter and he did a fantastic job fitting the units. The new units look as good as the existing ones and you wouldn’t know they had been added 3 years after the original install. We are delighted with the result and finally have more cupboard space. Many thanks to all those involved at Paula Rosa !!

Clive has just returned to finish our Paula Rosa manhattan kitchen alterations, and i must say how pleased my wife and i are with our new kitchen. Being a retired aircraft engineer, i could really appreciate his attention to detail and professional approach. It is so refreshing to find someone who really cares about doing a good. Clive informed me of his arrival time the night before and arrived on time, despite having a four hour journey. Everything was spotlessly clean afterwards, and all done with a laugh and a smile. Brilliant job Clive, well done.

We had the lovely Kieran fit our additional kitchen cupboards this morning. He did a fantastic job. Was extremely friendly and courteous. Arrived on time and kept his workspace very clean, also cleaning all the areas where he had worked afterwards. The cupboards themselves look great. I couldn’t recommend PRM enough. Good quality units and fantastic customer service! 10/10!
