I have an excellent set of custom ear plugs for swimming thanks to Pro Earz.

It was quick and easy. We were talked through the process and made to feel really at ease.

When you work with Pro-Audio kit, the need to test and try equipment before you make a purchase decision is critical. With many large firms and manufacturers, this simple, fundamental requirement seems to fall on 'deaf ears' to use a pun. Thankfully this isn't the case with Pro-Earz, who assisted me though the buying process, and made loan product available for evaluation. Old school customer service that I'm very grateful for.

Absolutely brilliant service. Both Sarah and Sean were extremely helpful from start. This was my second time using ProEarz within a year. Having set one of my artists up with a new pair it was my turn and the experience was just as fantastic and smooth from the get go. I choose Ue18s+ after being able to listen to 2 different models which was super helpful. Ears arrived just over 2 weeks after my prints were sent by Gisele and the fit and sound are perfect. Highly recommend!

Superb customer service and advice from both Sarah and Sean. Guided me through an order for some 64audio IEMs and despite all my questions were always happy to respond swiftly and informatively. This was especially helpful as I was so far away from them and couldn’t visit to try out the various models of IEMs so had to rely on their advice. Anyone wanting to invest in In ear monitors then I would really recommend you give ProEarz a try.

Having used shop purchased ear plugs for years & them breaking or not working properly we decided to invest in some Pro-aquaz for our son.

When booking we thought that we would get the impressions done by Sarah whilst we were in Newquay. She was fab & checked my son’s ears first before taking the impressions.

If you’re on the fence whether to get some or not, I’d say go for it. To have ear plugs that are purposely fitted to your own ear canal are definitely worth it!
