Unreal service! I ordered my plates midweek and the were ready by the weekend. I received a phone call from ProPlates offering me a free upgrade. The plates I received were green instead of the bare metal. Both customer service (Sheridan) and the lady I spoke to the phone were polite and professional. Upon collection, the male I spoke to was faultless too. Will definitely be ordering again, 10/10 company.

Great service I was impressed with response to queries and delivery came two weeks earlier than expected. I will use this company again

The quality is great and collection was easy.
The staff are great and respond very quickly.
The actual power cage is better than ones in all gyms as the exercises are so endless.

After reading a few bad reviews on here I was nervous to order but went for it after chatting with the support team over Instagram.

Whilst my order was delayed I was kept in the loop with emails from the support team and they were able to work around days that I could not receive the order. So despite my order being delayed I was happy with the level of care/updates from their customer support team (Sheridan). The courier was also helpful in calling ahead to make sure I was going to be in and helped unload directly into our garage.

On to the product itself, it's great value for money and helped us begin our garage gym in the best way. The squat rack was easy to assemble and all the plates fit perfectly onto the Olympic barbell. There were a couple of dents on some of the plates however they warn of this on their page so no problem there.

Thank you Pro Plates and I hope the lead times become less as you scale up.

I’ve placed 2 orders with these guys over lockdowns and have nothing but positive things to say about them. My first order was just 2 plates and then I ordered the bar and 77.5kg package. Obviously they’ve had a massive influx of orders throughout lockdown so understood the fact that my order would be delayed but mine was ready to collect in just over a week! All contact with customer service was responded to quickly and answered any queries I had.
Struggled a little to find the warehouse but that was mainly due to my rubbish sat nav! Guys at the warehouse were very friendly and helpful.
The quality is awesome! I only bought the bare metal set but wish I’d upgraded to powder coating as the ones I’ve seen look amazing.
I thought the prices were really good too. I’d done ALOT of shopping around to find a good deal and these were the best priced on the internet. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I’ve had a few people ask where I’ve bought my equipment from so pointed them to proplates and they’ve also been very happy with their orders!

Proplates have been nothing but delightful!! There customer service is exceptional and there plates are super nice quality. I am so happy with my purchase (squat rack package) and will definitely be ordering from them again when I need more plates.

So I ordered standard bar 5ft 77.5kg set with handles and powder coated in red. Had a few hiccups with my order chipped plates and a missing bar but they were quickly resolved by customer services with main issue I'm told being with UPS who hadn't turned up to collect my bar

I then ordered a plate tree which was quickly dispatched to me and I am extremely happy.

I wouldnt hesitate to order from Pro Plates again.

I’d purchased some signature range plate and they were ready within 2 weeks which was a surprise!
When I got there a couple were delayed which they explained and offered me some extras to compensate, which I was happy with!
After 1 use I did have a couple of issues that the design was coming off, which the customer care team kindly sorted out for me and when I collected the delayed plates the guys happily resprayed them for me.
I was advised to buy some clear spray too as over time this will happen which I was aware of, so I’ll top them up!
Overall the service has been great and the plates look amazing!

In my experience using pro plates the service and quality is so much better than expected, they made it very easy to communicate to them through Instagram where the replies were always within a few minutes, even before you purchase anything they make it very clear to you about the wait for your product which really isn’t that long taking in to consideration the situation we are all in at the moment. Will and have already recommended to friends and will be using pro plates again myself very impressed.

The best investment I’ve made, quality weights and quality price I ordered 77kg weight black powder quoted, communication is really good was a slight error with my order originally but Sheridan was able to help rectify this and replaced this very efficiently. Communication has been spot on with pro plates amazing customer service. Quality products and you will not be disappointed ordering from them. I will definitely be ordering again in the future. Really positive experience with this company, I ordered the 7FT Olympic Bar and plates bundle which was dispatched after 3 weeks and is such good quality and worth every penny.

I had an issue with my delivery which was down to the courier but Lauren was super helpful and responded to every query I had super fast and kept checking back with any updates, a new order was dispatched very quickly which I have now received and love.

Ordered my bar & plates - great communication when the delivery of the plates didn’t go as planned. Could not fault the customer service from Lauren - she responded to all questions quickly and did not hesitate to help sort the problem. Love my bar and plates - great kit!!

I ordered some plates and paid to have them spray painted (spent £370) and after a couple of uses the sprayed design started to rub off. I complained to Pro Plates who didn't answer my initial questions and sent me a condescending email saying "paint is not indestructible" and I should care for them better. They had been used a couple of times and always inside the house on carpet.

Not worth the money or the time to complain to their customer care team. I do not believe they were ever coated to protect the design as they are so behind on orders they are rushing things to get them out.

If you can reply online where people can see it when it’s detrimental to your imagine you can certainly reply to my email where I’ve asked you *several* times to respond to my questions which you’ve danced around and failed to actually answer.

Ordered the 77.5kg standard set back end of February with a 3-4 week delivery. Got email 3 weeks from ordering to advise that delivery had been scheduled.

Delivery was great, got a phone call from driver to say they were 10 mins away and went out of their way to get the package as close to the house as possible.

As for the plates, they're exactly as advertised. Obviously being bare steel they have blemishes but at the end of the day they're weights which are going to be banged around.

I got the 1" plates as already had a York spinlock barbell which is a 1" diameter bar which fits perfectly.

They are a little slow to respond to enquiries but once they do they go the extra mile to help. Great personal service. Unbeatable value and great customisation options. The courier company don't seem to be up to speed with delivery requests made through proplates which can lead to misunderstandings. Regardless I've made 3 orders now and all were fulfilled to satisfaction.

I really love the powder coated plates, super vibrant colour and great quality. A great addition to my partners home gym. :)
