Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. The process was professional with clear communication making everything stress free. The nurse who did the scan was lovely and made sure at all times i was comfortable and understood what was happening. Compared to other private scans I was able to get an appointment quickly and a lot cheaper. I received the scan report within the next day and Zak clearly explained everything in detail.
I would use this service again and recommend it to others.

Second scan with Zak
Second scan with Zak. Both times I have had an excellent experience. Everything ran perfectly on time. I would highly recommend this service. I got in that day and the results came back really quickly too. Within 24 hours. Outstanding all round.

Excellent service. Very timely and detail provided as to where they are located. Zak detailed what would happen and provided headphones to minimise noise from MRI scan. Detailed process re radiologist completing report and sending back to referrer. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Very positive MRI experience. Appointment time was convenient and everything ran smoothly. Staff were kind and professional. Zack who performed the MRI was respectful, reassuring and explained everything clearly. The report arrived earlier than the stated 24–48 hours. Highly recommended.

I honestly can’t fault the service at Pro Scan Imaging. From my first message to receiving the final report, everything was handled quickly and professionally. Booking was simple and I was offered an appointment much sooner than I expected.
The team and specially ZAK was extremely reassuring and explained the whole process clearly before starting the scan. He made sure I was comfortable throughout, which really helped settle my nerves. The results were delivered very promptly, allowing me to move forward with my treatment straight away.
A highly efficient and professional service. I would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic experience
What a fantastic experience, from the referral from my physio guy , within 24 hrs was offered an MRI scan with Zak. After a few emails with Zak an appointment was confirmed . Constant WhatsApp messages with updates were sent. Arrived as per instructions from Zak 10mins early and contacted with Zak upon arrival, consent forms were sent to me to fill in. Zak met me at the door of scanner and explained procedure. Ear muffs were given to me, scan completed with ease. Zak explained results would be sent to my physio within 24/48 hrs. Results were infact sent within 24 hrs. Excellent service , very professional
