I have met the Proctors Nursery team at the N.E.C - BBC Gardeners World Live Fair 13- 16 June 2024 and I cannot recommend them enough.

They are a team of dedicated professionals that love what they do and they go above and beyond for the customer satisfaction.
I have so many absolutely beautiful plants ( the team will remember me as number 10 :) because this is the number that I had on all of the reserved plants that I bought).

They offer a display of a perfect combination between the absolute beauty of the plants that they carefully grow and the multitude of colours, lovely textures and smells that make you feel that you are in paradise.

They have been absolute stars helping me every time even if they are approached by hundreds of people. I am very grateful for all the time and the help to get the plants safely to car without damaging them ( I recently removed a 6 1/2 weeks plaster on my right arm that was absolutely shatered and have reduced mobility for it).

Also, another important aspect is that comparing to other nurseries that were present at the fair, their prices were very affordable. I will definitely visit them soon in Stoke.

Thank you all very, very much for all your work and for the joy you brought into my life by having such an amazing range of plants that will make my garden look amazing!

Absolutely fantastic and so pleased :0) The thought that had gone into the packaging and this showed in their duty of care to their customer, in the focus to the packaging and for each plant in its transit and how the state they would therefore arrive in. So impressed by the quality of plants, Geum & Dahlia. First class standards compared to other nurseries I have tried online and their packaging and their quality was not as high as yours. I will definitely reorder from you again. Well done to your team. You have gained a future repeat customer.

I've made a few different orders from Proctors and they consistently send absolutely perfect plants that are packaged fantastically. On once occasion the courier lost my parcel and Proctors sent out a new one almost immediately. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Most impressed with the excellent packaging and support for three phlox plants ordered on line. Plants look pretty good too.

Not happy. Impossible to make contact with them. Tried over several days without luck. Nothing on their website to explain why. I guess I'll take my trade elsewhere, to a company that actually has staff to answer the telephone!

Wow, the best online company I've used so far. I have used many including Crocus, Sarah Raven, Beth Chatto and even Bally Roberts, but Proctors has been the best. The ordering process was very straight forward. The cost of delivery was comparable to other nurseries however, the plants came really well packed (secure and sensible), very healthy and large (1L not 9cm like some), and with Fedex. They even had their own named cardboard box! The delivery arrived within a week of ordering, even during Chelsea Week. I will definitely order from Proctors again as the prices for the plants were very reasonable too.

Excellent range of perennials- ordered a selection for autumn planting and the plants that arrived were a good size and all looked really healthy. Speedy delivery too and they were well packaged. Hopefully they will put on a great display next spring

A collection of shrubby Salvias ordered Wednesday and delivered Saturday. Very nicely packed and well grown plants in 9cm pots so with every chance of getting through the winter. Very good value quality plants and Royal Mail looked after them well and even delivered Tracked 48 on a Saturday - very happy and thank you.

Very happy with the rudbeckia plants received today. They were very well packed with good protection for their journey, including a bag round the (inner) pot and a good stout cane to keep them upright. The plants are healthy and have good roots and even some flowers, which survived the journey well.

Also very pleased with the speed of delivery - I only ordered them three days ago!

While I have had several orders in the last few years I've been happy with, my last order has been disappointing to say the least. Lack of responsibility taken to find out where the order was after tracking wasn't updated for 2 days. Then it didn't turn up until day 5 - plants were of course dead. I was promised a refund of which I received for the plants but not the delivery fee! So I paid £7.95 for a bunch of dead plants. I have contacted them to resolve this on several occasions this week and while I can see my messages (DMs) have been read, I'm being ignored.

Such a shame when they are great at what they do - grow plants but rubbish at commincation in this instance.
