Incredible planners and amazing company with quick delivery and durable products

The digital planner completely useless, it's ridiculously hard to set up and then not user friendly at all, I don't understand how they've been able to sell this.

Love Tala but god the digital planner is shockingly bad - I asked for a refund but got told no.

The digital planner is too complex, doesn't flow properly and was a waste of money. It actually caused me more chaos than making my life easier.

Great customer service! They solved every problem quickly and professionally. I had an issue with the courier and my package was sent back to them, but they immediately arranged to send another parcel to my home. Really solution-focused customer service. I love it. I can definitely recommend both the products and the service.

I absolutely loved the way it structured my day and ensured that I wasnt falling behind! And much like Grace, I am someone who runs multiple businesses, so it was great to get something that fit into my life!

I haven’t actually used the planner yet, but it seems like it will be pretty good for productivity.

However it’s poor quality/faulty with the plastic material on the cover coming away from the base. I was told by customer service this is to be expected. So they are knowingly selling a low quality product at a high price point.

Even if it was good quality, I still wouldn’t re purchase as I hate that one of the tick off options for each day is shreddy greens- totally cheapens the whole thing and makes it feel more like an advert than a productivity tool.

They are beautiful, the shipment is fast, if I have a question there is an answer on the webpage or by email. I just love the company's feel it feel suprem. Thankful I have came across this company with a heart.

I am a big fan of the quarterly TPM planner last year, so this year I bought the 2026 year planner.

Just a small feedback- can we include the budget tracking pages in the year planner instead of meeting notes pages? Reason being for yearly expenses/budget its best on the annual one to refer. Meeting notes not too relevant for the year, but definitely useful for the quarterly TPM planner. Just my 2 cents for next years annual planner improvement

Ordered a planner on 21 December, not yet received. In fact Royal Mail hasn’t even received it yet - the status hasn’t changed since the day after I placed my order. Customer services ignore my emails, so I’ll now have to make a chargeback claim on my credit card. Avoid this business and save yourself the hassle.

The order never arrived. Their courier left it in the street and unsurprisingly I didn’t get it. Grace’s team told me it had been delivered and to check with the building manager. I live in a house and they have the pictures of the poor delivery

I love what this planner offers but unfortunately for anyone 50+ suffering from simultaneous short & long sightedness that comes with age it isn't the best. The type is presented in a beautiful but utterly unreadable soft grey!

The least user friendly thing I've seen in the digital world! I like Grace and I think she is a very smart entrepreneur and she has her marketing nailed, but this product is the least tech savy app/calendar ive used. There is no flow to it, it's all stop/start, the platform they use (notion) is very behind, very slow and just not what I need for my new year goal setting. And by the way I tried contacting customer service with questions I had, their reply was refer back to the manual!!!!! After trying to make this works for the past 3 weeks, I will have to move onto a different planner.

Ordered this planner on 30th Jan 2025. It is 2 working days later (noting that 1st Jan is a BH) and my order still hasn't been dispatched to my UK address. Very poor delivery experience so far. Might be worth assessing new courier or fulfilment options in the new year to improve customer delivery experience?
Looking forward to receiving my planner when it arrives though - looks wonderful from other reviews!

The digital planner 2.0 is extremely hard to set up, not helped by the product not being delivered properly with buttons missing. It is inefficient with yearly goals not filtering into monthly goals so the amount of re-writing for goals across days, weeks and months is incredibly time inefficient. It looks great but is not intuitive, and it only looks great as you have to put in so much work downloading headers etc.
Tech support is also slow, and the main thing they say are no refunds. Not good considering the product they have provided has missing buttons.
I wanted to finally move from paper to digital planning but this is not the planner for me.
I feel like I got sucked into all the hype and am a huge fan of Grace Beverly (which won't change) but this an expensive waste of money, and my time in trying to set this up.

To be honest I bought a lot of the planners and I really wanted to buy one this year too but at the moment the taxes from the UK to Germany are let’s say a lot 😂 so I thought I would try the online planner and I must say I absolutely love this ! It’s easy to understand
And I love the visualization

I bought the 1.0 version in 2023 and been using it ever since. I was really intrigued to see the 2.0 version and bought it immediately upon release. Zero regrets. If 2026 isn't my year, I don't know what tools would help me.

I only have the digital version and I have to say, it's not intuitive in the slightest. I find it so confusing and clunky. It doesn't work the way the tutorials show and I have tried a number of times to use it but it's so hard to work it's a chore in itself. I wanted so badly to like it but it's not fun and helpful. I've tried on a phone, ipad and laptop. Lots of people rave about the physical version - I would recommend going that way if you want to use it.

I love the product itself, but it's very frustrating that it weeks over 1 month to be delivered in Cyprus.

I'm using the Anti-procrastination Planner daily and it has been game changing for me as a late diagnosed ADHD. It is the literally the difference between a productive day and a unstructured one.
Highly recommend.
