The Productivity Method Avis 54

I really loved the first edition of this planner, and it has made me more organized and productive. However, the newer editions of TPM planers have a lot of excessive information added which has taken away from the experience. For example, the newest planner I bought has a checkmark for you to track if you took your Shreddy Greens everyday (this is a different product sold by the same person). I understand this is included in TPM planner to increase Shreddy Green sales. However, it feels disingenuous to put a literal advertisement in the daily planner. It has made me less likely to repurchase TPM planner and less likely to purchase Shreddy Greens. I really wish this aspect would be removed because it takes away from the purpose of TPM. Lastly, the newer additions of the planer have been in very muted colors (brown, beige) that do not excite me. I liked bright colors for an object that I look at everyday, such as pink or light blue. I’m almost done with the current planner I have (this is my third one) and I’m not sure if I will repurchase because the newer colors and excessive information in the daily pages has deterred me.

The planner is amazing and keeps me organised and able to prioritise my workload easily. Couldn’t be without my TPM planner!

I don’t use the weekly goal planning as much, although maybe I would if it was inputted after each week? But the daily planner is a non-negotiable to keep it on track.

I would love if the daily planner had a undated month view

Having previously purchased the Daily Planner (and loved it!) I ordered the 2026 diary this time as I do like having a physical calendar to plan ahead. Placed my order and received it in the post less than 24 hours later, a feat especially considering Black Friday! Absolutely love the framework, these planners genuinely make me feel more productive.

These little books must be magic because my productivity has increased exponentially since I started using them. I've tried 'to-do-lists' and time management techniques before, I even tried TPM Business Planner (Like Grace said, it was just too big), but nothing has helped me more. As a 49 year old female founder, I am grateful to my daughter for introducing me to the planner and the entire Grace eco-system.

The planners are a game changer as they have helped me on a personal level as well helping to becoming more productive towards achieving my goals. I’m looking forward to purchasing the dairy this year as I wasn’t able to last year 😆.

I’ve used TPM planners for a couple of years now and couldn’t be without it. It has everything I need in a planner and more! For someone who can be unorganised, has a million and one things going on and lives by a structured to do list it’s a life saver!!

The customer service has to be the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have had to explain really simple things about 5 times, and have given them screenshots and they still don’t understand. For an expensive product I would expect the customer service to be better. Not mentioning it has taken 2 weeks just for them to change the email for my account so I can’t imagine if I had a bigger problem. All I know is if I could go back 2 weeks I wouldn’t have bought the product.

The planner and method is literally life changing- I know it’s seems like an exaggeration but I promise it is not! Not only have I been a loyal customer for the past couple of years but I tell everyone about it! I even did a presentation at my company about it and people have gone on to purchase the planner as well! Truly love the product and the whole purpose of the company. I will always be a die hard The Productivity Method fan.

Ordered my planner and received it straight away. I find the structure of the planner easy to use. Once I figured out which tasks fit into the different columns (such as quick ticks) I felt more confident in using the planner.
I use it most days now for my job!

The physical planner has some good traits - a nice aesthetic, fairly durable, and lasts for about three months which makes seasonal planning handy. Overall I like how it breaks your day down across a double page, with space for lots of quick ticks and tasks. However, their original design was so much nicer - simpler font, less visually busy, and more spacious overall. I also loved having quick ticks on the left and schedule on the right as it felt much more intuitive. The new design has lots of clutter and segments I don't use (including a waste of space box to tick that you've had your Shreddy Supergreens - I mean, come on). It would make more sense to redesign the layout so that the 3 Non-Negotiables are much more prominent. They currently feel like an afterthought stuffed into the bottom corner. Overall a nice planner but would would really benefit from a fresh perspective and less space-wasting graphics

I love these planners! Always make sure to buy a new one when mine is about to run out, and love that they come in different colours. My only feedback would be that I’d love to see a daily planning only planner, as I love the daily pages but often don’t manage to use the rest of the planner, so would love to have one just full with daily pages

Recently saw someone promoting the new 8 minute planner. They arrived really quick which I was impressed with. I've found the planner really helps me organise my day. I've only been using it for a week but I have noticed such a big change in how productive I've feel by the end of the day.

I have adhd and I'm dyslexic. It took me a very long time to become productive in my days independently (without intense deadlines).

Using these planners really helps me daily to actually get things done.

I love outlining the day now, even if the time doesn't work out exactly as I planned. I can constantly check back and see a clear overview of the tasks I need to do, and the order I need to do them in.

I've got both the digital planner and the physical ones. I use them for different reasons. I use the physical daily, and the digital for project management, invoices and stuff like that.

I think this is quite necessary for someone with ADHD. I've also tried loads of planners in the past, and can say this is by far the only one I actually stuck to using and enjoyed.

I absolutely love this planner!
It really focuses me on the task I need to prioritise.
I do struggle with having to flip between different sections sometimes. However, this does get easier to navigate the more you use it.

This planner is so so so fantastic. It’s made my work like and personal habits so much easier to track and progress. Along with this, I’m really loving the emails I get where TPM helps with recipe ideas, content prompts, and everything in between. I feel valued and cared for. Thank you team! Keep it up ☺️

Extremely disappointed.

I placed an order using PayPal, and when I made the purchase, I had entered my new address. However, I didn’t realize that PayPal still had my old address saved, and as soon as I clicked “pay,” the order was processed to the wrong location.

I immediately contacted customer service to ask them to update the shipping address. The next morning at 9:00 AM I received a generic email. When someone finally replied, I was shocked by how unhelpful they were — basically, they told me it was my problem. They said they would "ask the warehouse," but didn’t even bother to ask me for the correct address!

Later, they informed me that the warehouse was “not able” to change the shipping address, which I find hard to believe considering the order had been placed less than 24 hours earlier. I asked for the order to be canceled — a very reasonable request — but that was ignored too.

In the end, someone else received £30 worth of journals at my expense, and customer service completely ghosted me.
This level of unprofessionalism is outrageous, especially considering how expensive their products are.

The digital planner is rubbish - don't waste your money. Not intuitive at all - really hard to use. You need to have software and Apps that are also hard tricky to get your head round, clunky and disconnected. Planners should be intuitive and straightforward - this isn't. The customer support is also non- existent, which is a shame given how much expertise is needed to get anywhere out the starting gate with this planner!
Very disappointing.

It’s not worth the money. You can’t sync calendars unless they are on Google. It’s not intuitive. Waste of money. I asked for a refund and they said no.
