Profeet were offering a discounted sale price on a pair of boots that I wanted. I enquired and had a phone call from them while I was otherwise occupied, so couldn't immediately buy them. By the time I returned (about an hour later), the discount had vanished and the price increased £100. Very bad practice, sharp even (their explanation: the sale price applied to last season stock). While I'm at it, their fitting service is extortionate, adding £150 to £200 on top of the price of boots.

Shoes came quick, exactly as described. No issues at all.

I don’t usually write reviews—especially positive ones, as they’re typically prompted by frustrating experiences—but I felt compelled to share my great experience with Pro Feet over the weekend.

I had a session booked with Steve to assess my foot shape and gait, with the aim of finding the right trainers going forward. Being six months pregnant, I was particularly keen to ensure I’m getting the right support while walking and doing exercise. That added a bit of complexity to the session, as we discussed whether it made sense to get custom insoles now or wait until after the baby arrives. Steve thoughtfully advised holding off until after the birth, which I really appreciated—it showed he was focused on what’s best for me, not just making a sale.

Steve was excellent: professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. His honest, expert guidance made the whole experience feel reassuring and worthwhile. The customer service was outstanding, and I’ll absolutely be returning when it’s time for a new pair of trainers.

Purchased some Technica Ski boots through ebay from them and the customer service was excellent, would highly recommend.

The running assessment is not great. The staff were friendly but the process didn't really offer any value and as such was hugely overpriced. Due to a persistent running issue and the really positive reviews we decided to travel for a couple of hours to try profeet out and were really hopeful.

The assessment only took about 20 minutes and there was no time spent on understanding running goals or past problems etc something which would seem to be vital for solving problems and potentially fitting appropriate shoes. I was recorded running and ran a few times across a pressure plate, which was the only real difference to the free gait analysis offered in any running shop. Despite what the website says there was no lower leg functional assessment or assessment report. After requesting it I did get some stretches emailed through but they were extremely basic.

Perhaps if all you are looking for is custom insoles then this might serve its purpose, if you are trying to solve a running problem then I think a good sports Physio would likely be much more helpful and a fraction of the cost.

Excellent service from Sam. This was a follow up adjustment to my ski boots that I purchased earlier in the year. Sam helped me at the initial appointment and was great. For this follow up he proved that he has excellent knowledge and skills by adjusting my “slightly pinching in a couple of places” boots so that they fit supportingly snug, just what you want for maximum skiing performance and comfort. Would not hesitate to recommend very highly.

Jonny is great. He's professional, efficient and a fun guy. I thoroughly recommend him and ProFeet generally.

This is my 3rd time of using them , its a pleasure, helpful staff . Clearly explained and told what they were to do and what was needed from me . For years I have found walking uncomfortable . Profeet have looked my walk suggested ways of improving it , along with their molded insoles, have made my walking so much more comfortable

I've never heard of Profeet and was concerned are they legit.
They are and 5 stars are given.

I ordered some running shoes from the shop and they arrived sooner than expected and are a fantastic product.. amazing service and extremely quick arrival time.. will definitely use the store again

I ordered some running shoes online and they arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately they didn't fit, but I returned the shoes and Profeet refunded a few days later.

Visited the shop as a walk-in on Saturday afternoon. Only 1 other customer in shop.
Assistant behind desk was on phone; he signalled to the 3 other men in the store who were chatting to each other. They then proceeded to ignore me. I waited checking between them the window display, for help. After being ignored for a while I left and went to an alternative sports footwear shop in Putney, who were extremely busy looking after all ages of customers and extremely courteous and helpful. I bought 3 pairs of shoes. Shame on you ProFeet, no wonder your shop was empty!

Excellent fitting. I broke my ankle badly 2 years ago and have quite a bit of metal work in there. I had Intuition liners and insoles made and have just returned from 10 days of the most fantastic pain free skiing which I had seriously believed wasn't possible. Truly excellent and worth every penny for anyone with feet issues.

I can’t really give a completely honest review as the item I bought is a Christmas present, but everything up to the use of the trainers has been great so far, an easy experience on the website, the item has arrived exactly as described, looks to be in perfect condition after a quick inspection, they arrived very quickly, especially for free postage and the price was very competitive, cheapest I could find after a bit of browsing online.

Ordered on Monday evening and received order on Friday; item as described; shoe box was damaged as no exterior box for shipment, but shoes were fine. No contact with customer service, so can't comment.

Just tried to sent around 200 Eur to Russia, the App asked me to confirm my identity after I entered all bank / card details (ie: passport or ID card, a few bills to confirm my address). I declined due to GDPR : an important component of EU privacy law and human rights law. I used to send money via other suppliers in the past, nobody ever checked my identity with such a scrutiny.

The service I received was excellent, the two boys there looked after me very well and could answer all of my concerns and did a bang up job moulding some insoles and recommending walking boots for me.

However, the atmosphere was soured with the rude girl at reception, who didn't have any skillset that couldn't easily be replaced, very lucky to be working there in Fulham.
