ProfessorPrints is a small UK design studio making 3D-printed props, gifts and homewares for fans of pop culture, gaming and film. We design and produce everything in-house — from TARDIS plant pots and Sims headbands to LED bar signs, cosplay armour, custom keycaps and replica props. Every item is pre-made and ready-to-ship, with delivery typically in 3–5 working days in the UK and worldwide shipping available. Customer Service do not get back to you

My item was damaged beyond repair and not delivered by Evri. This is not the fault of Professor Prints, however I have tried on multiple occasions over two weeks and different methods ("live chat" which is a bot, and email) to contact Professor Prints customer service to obtain a replacement or a refund and nobody has responded. I am now without a birthday gift for my mate and £15 down, with zero hope of getting the money back as there is no way to dispute the lack of delivery that I can find. I would not recommend using this company until they have a customer service team in place.

Bought the rubix tissue box and…

Bought the rubix tissue box and received it in a few days. However, the squares do not fix to the frame and fall out, the slot for tissue is not cut into the squares and the colours are different to what I purchased. Tried to contact many ways but no reply. What a shame as just a bit more care and they would do well.
Steer clear!!
NOTE:
Been offered a refund through seller in this platform, but has not been made or attempted to contact me to check bank details. Unfortunately just lip service.

Thanks for the feedback, and I'm sorry the squares weren't holding in the frame properly — that's a genuine fault and not the standard we want going out the door. We've refunded you in full for the trouble.

Just to clarify for anyone reading: the tissue slot is built into the underside of the frame rather than cut into the squares (it's designed so you can swap colours around), and the colours shipped match the listing photos — but I appreciate the design might not have come across clearly on the product page, and that's something we'll look at improving.

Thanks for the feedback, and sorry the code didn't give you the result you were hoping for.

Just to clarify for anyone reading: the 50% welcome code can't be combined with items already discounted in a sale, which is noted in the code's terms. At the time of your order we were running a site-wide 50% sale, so the welcome discount couldn't stack on top — the sale price was already applied. We did reply to your messages explaining this at the time.

We do appreciate it's frustrating when a code doesn't apply the way you expect, and it's something we'll keep working on making clearer at checkout. Payment taken, items never received, no response from seller - AVOID!

I placed an order on 26th December 2025, was charged for the items, but still have not received them (now 16th January 2026!). I have tried numerous methods to contact the seller but have had no response. I am now going to have to try and recover the money through the bank. Absolutely appalling. I can only assume this is a scam. Avoid at all costs!

We're not a scam, but I appreciate that's exactly what it must have felt like, and that's on us for not communicating better.

The honest answer is that we got hit hard by the Christmas rush and our support inbox fell behind, which meant orders and messages slipped through that absolutely shouldn't have. That's not an excuse — just what happened — and we've made changes since to stop it repeating.

I'd really like to put this right. If you could email me directly at hello@professorprints.co.uk with the email address you ordered with (or any order details you still have), I'll personally trace what happened and make sure you're either refunded in full or have your order delivered, whichever you'd prefer. If you've already recovered the money through your bank, that's completely fine too — I'd still like to know so I can close the loop on our side.

Very poor experience

We ordered the DeWalt pizza cutter as a Christmas present. Arrived in time but very poorly put together and parts missing, therefore not fit for purpose. We contacted the company who eventually replied saying to send them photographs and videos of the item. We did as requested but despite several follow up messages from ourselves we have received neither a response nor a refund. Very poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I'm really sorry. Asking you to send photos and videos and then going silent on you afterwards is genuinely the worst version of this — you did exactly what we asked and then heard nothing back. There's no defending that.

Three different channels and silence from us on all three — that's a real failure on our end and I'm sorry. A faulty product is one thing; not being able to reach anyone to fix it is much worse.

Our support inbox fell badly behind during the Christmas period and messages slipped through that should have been picked up the same day. We've since moved to a proper helpdesk system so this stops happening, but that doesn't help you in the meantime.

If you're still holding the faulty item, please email me directly at hello@professorprints.co.uk and I'll personally sort a full refund or replacement — whichever works best for you. No photos or videos required, just your order number.

Hi James,Three things gone wrong in one order — missing items, no reply, and the rest not up to scratch — is a genuinely poor experience and I'm sorry. There's no spinning that.

The missing items and the silence I can explain (not excuse): our support inbox fell behind badly over Christmas and orders that needed splitting or chasing slipped through. We've changed how we handle peak periods so it doesn't happen again. The quality issue I'd genuinely like to look into — if there's something off in a print batch, we want to know so we can fix it at source rather than just refund around it.

I'll process a full refund for the whole order today (you don't need to return anything), and if you're willing to send a quick photo of the items that didn't meet the mark, I'd be grateful — purely so we can check the batch. Poor quality item

Quick delivery, easy payment and order process. However item quality is very poor and does not match the cost of the item.

I ordered a Hollow Knight plant pot which I'm probably going to put straight in the bin.

Update: Item did not arrive damaged its just not that great for the price. Cheap plastic 3D printed.

Pokémon Chess Set that isn’t a set!

Ordered a Pokémon Chess Set, but what was delivered was a board without any chess pieces. The board is in four separate parts, and doesn’t lock together. It’s also made of plastic. At £44.95, this is unfit for purpose and incredibly over priced. Have tried to return for a refund, but still waiting for a return label to be emailed to me. Don’t waste your money.

• Chessboard & pieces together

Your order was for the chessboard only, which is why no pieces were included in the delivery. We try to make these options as clear as possible, but we understand how mix-ups can happen and we’re always here to help.

Regarding your return request, a prepaid return label was issued in response to your first email. If it didn’t reach your inbox, it may have landed in a spam or promotions folder — but we’re more than happy to resend it to ensure you can return the item smoothly.

Poor. Very poor.

Poor. Very disappointed. I bought two 3D Danny Devito head plant pots and was very excited to receive them. Postage was quick, which is why I haven't given them two stars.
Once I received my item, I opened them to find unfinished pieces. Both had scratches all over them and bits that needed removing but were unsafe to remove at home. The quality was poor and the items were just not up to scratch at all.
I contacted to return the items and receive a refund twice and never heard back. I've now had to put a dispute in with my bank to try and receive my refund.
Thoroughly disappointed with the whole situation.
