Misleading Stock Status and Poor Communication
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the item being listed as in stock at the time of purchase, I received no meaningful updates after the initial order confirmation. I had to chase the company myself to get any information, only to be told conflicting stories about the item being imported and held at customs.
Delivery promises kept changing, and days turned into weeks with no sign of the product. There was a complete lack of proactive communication and transparency throughout. It's unacceptable to sell something as "in stock" when it's clearly not even in the country.
This experience felt careless and misleading. I would not recommend this seller to anyone — save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

chafer beetle pheromone traps useless
Ordered chafer beetle pheromone traps and refills. When they arrived they all contained different contents, one was broken and none of them had the “capsule” for the traps so basically useless.
No response to two emails.
Avoid.

Disappointed
Although I received a confirmation email , my order doesn’t show in my online account and hasn’t been delivered. I have completed an online contact form and phoned and was assured delivery was imminent. I have now requested a refund. Very disappointed in the service and communication.

I wouldn't recommend
I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company. I ordered some good recently, but every item came in a different box 1 item came after 2 weeks and 20 minutes on the phone call.
I thought my issues were finally resolved when I needed to fill in my books. The VAT was incorrect the first invoice was less than 20% charged and the next was more than 20%. It seemed basic and was very odd how the VAT amount was wrong.
On a positive note, the lady on the phone was exceptional with her customer service.

Suffering greatly from horsetail weed
Suffering greatly from horsetail weed in garden we have taken over. This is proving very difficult to eradicate with just a glyphosate weedkiller. Having read Progreen's advice and reviews on their website for Kurtail Evo, I have bought this in the hope that this product will be more effective. I shall only be really able to tell for sure in the long term, but Progreen's service was fine.

I ordered 3 x 5kg of lawn seed as pro green had it in stock, took 5 days for delivery and when delivered the box was ripped open and 1 seed bag damaged and alot of seed in the box and lost. Must have happened on delivery the way parcels are thrown about.

From placing the order to dispatch took quite a while, over a week, but once dispatched delivery was quick.
Otherwise the grass seed is as described and is of good quality. Have no qualms about using Pro Green again.

Easy
The website is easy to navigate and very informative. The product arrived a few days later, so I was happy to. It meant I could treat the weeds in a dry period.
I would have liked to have a date for delivery, but as it was quite quick, it’s a small niggle.

Dreadful service performance
After repeated calls to track my undelivered order and broken commitments by ProGreen to resolve things I cancelled my order and was promised a full refund.The refund timeline has now passed with no money returned.
Beware of dealing with this company; in my experience they are unable to provide any sort of service, Wish I had read the TrustPilot reviews before trying to do business!

Rather than attaching a bland acknowledgement it would be far more constructive to have somebody do the right thing and refund my money.

Great service highly recommended
Great service needed a 25l Acuspray for definite next day delivery.
Ordered 24th and paid for next day before 2pm, asked about the reviews and the company said that had a flood of orders when the weather changed and this gave them a few problems but assured all sorted now.
Arrived at 10.40am so very pleased and the sprayer is also a great piece of kit - highly recommended

I have used progreen for over ten years…
I have used progreen for over ten years and spent a lot with them but it has gone down hill now. The delivery is terrible and you pay a fortune for it. I placed an order after a week it hadn't turned up so rang them three times and nobody new what to do saying it was in the warehouse for despatch I will ring you back but never did. In the end I asked for a refund told it would take 7days it took nearly two weeks. There are cheaper company's out there you get nothing for loyalty at progreen Avoid.

ELETTROZAPPA PRO GREEN…
Ho acquistato un'elettrozappa PRO GREEN Electric Triller PG4012EL (TLEG03A) un paio d'anni fa usata 3 volte, il motore si è bloccato e non funziona più. Ho scritto all'importatore chiedendo se è possibile avere i pezzi di ricambio o il motore nuovo ma mi ha risposto che non sono previsti ricambi per questo modello. Risultato posso buttare il tutto.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, paid £50.00 for next day delivery and item did not arrive and when I called to ask where my item was I was informed that they do not hold the stock and it should of never of been on for next day delivery! The job we had booked had to be cancelled. When the item finally arrived we came to use it and it was faulty! Not progreens fault but they have taken over 2 weeks to resolve the issue and send out a replacement. Absolutely no communication from them I always had to call and ask where the item was and I was always promised a call back and never received one!

Very poor customer service
A lack of correspondence regarding our order. It was out of stock but at no point was this communicated. When we questioned the whereabouts of the order after 14 days or more we were informed that they had no stock remaining but it was due to be delivered in one or two days. After another phone call to chase we were informed that the stock hadn’t materialised as anticipated. We were then told that an alternative cheaper product would be sent. That took several days to arrive. Still awaiting the refund on the difference and the agreed refund on the p &p which at £7.95 is steep especially when it takes a month!

Needed a nudge but, ultimately, okay
Like other reviewers I hadn’t received any confirmation of dispatch over a week after placing the order. However, all it took was, was a polite phone call and it arrived the next day. Seems to be a bit of an issue in communication between ordering and the packing/dispatch department but did sort it after a simple phone call.
