I would have preferred a exchange…
I would have preferred a exchange instead of a refund but did not get a response from the company , if a exchange was not possible due to not having the item l needed that’s fine but know communication .

It took a long time searching for what we needed and found the website clear and we easily spotted what we were looking for.
Communications were prompt and clear and purchased items were satisfactorily packed & rec'd quickly & in good condition too.

AVOID! Poor quality equipment, breaks less than 12 months in without warranty protection!
I bought a Pedigroom Blow Dryer / Blaster White 10 months ago and it has broken twice in that time. The final time being the end of it's function.
Pro Grooming said "the manufacturer says this is not covered in the warranty". so what is?! A machine that does not work which means i have to purchase another one.
I purchased equipment from Pro Grooming for my new salon, i would have continued to buy from them if they protected their customers and sold quality goods, or at least covered them when they break less than 12 months into use! Sad to say I won't be spending anymore money with Pro Grooming as my salon business grows into multiple stores.
