Swift service

Fast delivery. The variety 4 is by far the tastiest in my opinion. I did not feel hungry or tired. I felt I could have carry on doing the program for longer so I’ve purchased the nutrition bars. I have one bar in the morning with a green tea, then fast until 6-7pm.

Delivery went completely wrong

Delivery went completely wrong - product didn’t arrive when they said it would arrive - it’s been weeks and still haven’t received product - just 2 days worth which means I can’t do the diet. Have sent numerous emails to the company and they just blame another company responsible for delivery rather than taking any responsibility - a well functioning company would have provided better customer service.

Great product

Very simple to follow and not to difficult to stick to. My only wish is there was an option to choose something different to olives as I don’t like them.

Waste of money

The food is horrible. I received a few packets, nothing fresh, nothing tasty. It's extremely overpriced and I gave up after the first day. Complete waste of money. I can't believe the positive reviews.

We have also launched 4 different varieties so you can choose the one closest to your tastes. We are aware that fresh food would more appreciated, but you should consider that the protocol must be standardized, so as to recreate the same conditions at each use, reducing to a minimum the variability. By the way, we plan to launch a fresher formulation of our soups, that can help people stick to the protocol more easily. For any doubt, do not hesitate to contact us!

Excellent detox

The parcel arrived very quickly and with all products clearly separated and labeled with clear instructions. The diet was less hard than I thought thanks to all the snacks provided. The food, snacks and soups, tasted really great. I lost 2cm waist line and 1.7kg, though I regained the weight in the first 3 days following a low calories vegan diet as recommended. I will have to wait a few months to get a better idea of the long term benefits.

The product is very effective in losing weight. The delivery service takes approximately 3/4 days which is fine. I now subscribe. That said, the soups are ok as opposed to nice in my view

…a couple of negatives

I was not able to eat the minestrone soup with quinoa - there were hard pieces in it.
I also was not able to ever finish the nut bar which I had for breakfast. I really disliked the taste.

I’m perimenopausal and my body had been…

I’m perimenopausal and my body had been feeling sluggish and very bloated and physically I felt super tired. I thought I’d give Prolon a go a reset my internal self. It was a bit of a stab in the dark but I’ve found that it’s done me wonders. 1 week post completing the plan my bloating hasn’t returned, energy is higher, and I’m soo much more conscious about what I’m putting into my body. I think I may do the plan once every few months.

The plan itself wasn’t that difficult to do. I started reducing what I ate and my caffeine intake the week before and it made it all the more manageable. The meal suppliments were ok. I did enjoy the soups, crackers, nut bar and olives but the chocolate bar was not so good.
