quick response and favorable reconsideration of a position that did not consider the cause of the problem.

Avoid at all cost.

I purchased the $25,000 evaluation and the platform is terrible. You cannot modify your buy/sell order for take profit and stop loss. You would have to redo the entire order manually.

The discord is non responsive, the support email is also non responsive. It's been 3 days and they haven't responded back on the "modify" orders.

Now here comes the worst part. The account is making up false information and false data. It claims that I earned $1,000 in profit today (WHICH I DID NOT) so they increased the Consistency rule. Instead of earning $1,500 to pass the account, it now requires $3,000. The $1,000 earned today IS NOT accounted for. The trades are falsely created, the history of my trades were never made, it randomly generates trades.

Please, save yourself and do not use this propfirm. I beg you to stay away. I have screenshot of everything to document my case.

Using the web Onyx trading platform version I had a 8 minute time lag which meant my positions were instantly wiped out.
I was then advised to download the app version. I wish the company had told me this before I started trading.
My dashboard was not accurate and missing profit. When I raised it I was told there was a reset required but my profit was never added.
My trading calendar was totally wrong and conflicting values and profit and loss.
A better user guide would have been really helpful instead of guessing how to set up my account.
