Very réactive support team
Very réactive support team. They répond to every single request and Timely.
Only issue is a sudden change of Trading platform with lot of disturbances!

The platform transition was more abrupt than expected, but we’ve since been focused on stabilizing things and improving the overall experience.

Once and a Lifetime Opportunity
I have to say that the opportunity to learn to trade through PropEd Capital has been a real blessing. Since the first day i started and not knowing what I was actually getting into, I found the platform easy to understand, the process smooth, and very enjoyable.
The Customer Support through the platform has been above outstanding. I had multiple questions on things and they responded very quickly. It felt like I was speaking to someone on the phone.
They answered any concerns I had and provided instructional videos on the actual trading platform.
To be honest I didn't know anything about trading but they made it simple and easy to understand. This opportunity is so special that I wished I had come across it earlier in my life.
The cost is minimal to participate. I would highly recommend them if you're considering looking into trading.

I’ve truly enjoyed trading with PropEd…
I’ve truly enjoyed trading with PropEd Capital. I started as a complete beginner in futures trading and, within a few weeks, was able to reach the top of the leaderboard. The support from the team has been outstanding—they listen, they genuinely care, and they deliver on their promises.
The platform is intuitive and provides everything you need to develop and execute successful trading strategies. Most importantly, profitable trades lead to real payouts. Taking the chance to invest in a PropEd Capital funded account was a great decision, and I’m very happy I did.

Exceptional Customer Service and Platform - Highly Recommended
I am a relatively new customer and new to some of the aspects of proprietary and future trading but I have been blown away by the amazing communication , platform and information available and provided, and the customer support is exceptional. I personally have had numerous trading accounts and brokers etc over many many years but I have just got use to very slow response if you get them at all and little interest in handling issues quickly. With PropEd I have never experienced such a quick and helpful and friendly and personal response from customer support - truly outstanding - if I could give an extra * I would. These guys are the real deal and highly recommended.
