I spent 2 hours on the phone to Halifax answering silly questions previously and got no where, a quick 20 min phone call with Michael and Proper advice handled the rest. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process even during holiday periods and staff changeovers (due to maternity leave) I felt the handovers were excellent so it meant I never had to chase or start a conversation again with somebody new as everyone was up to speed on my case before speaking to me.
