I have only the highest praise for Property Fox. I contacted them on 20 October 2016 and within 3 days' of listing my property (situated in North West province), Property Fox (based in Cape Town) found me a buyer! There was a signed contract on the 9th November. Property Fox managed to do in 20 days what three local Northwest estate agents failed to do in the previous 6 months. I was continually impressed with the professional, friendly and dedicated service rendered by each member of the Property Fox team who helped me in the sale process. Nardee valued my input and created a listing profile I was happy with (unlike the other agents).Thanks to Ashleigh's excellent negotiation skills and persistence, I got the selling price I wanted. Through discovering Property Fox via an interview on Cape Talk we engaged with them primarily due to the low commission point of 1.5%. It must be noted that the process of engagement from start to finish has been an absolute pleasure. The photography that was done was far superior to previous stills. The communication on potential viewers via Whatsapp made life easy and obviously I know my property better than any estate agent so showing potential buyers the property makes total sense. Clearly the vetting of viewers was also key if compared to traditional estate agents who wheel in anyone who shows the slightest interest which is a complete waste of everyones time. Once the offer was in the Paralegal team were amazing at swiftly executing a contract that satisfied both parties. Good all-round performance and communication from commencement of services.

Everyone in the Property Fox value chain, from initial contact to agent to transfer attorneys (and especially transfer attorneys) were excellent. I really can't understand why people still use traditional estate agents. Commission % of Property Fox was much lower, but their service was also much better than traditional estate agents. Most professional estate agents I've ever dealt with. (And it only took them 1 day to sell my home!).

As a home owner I dreaded the day that I needed to sell my home. So many people would warn you about “cowboy” sales agents and preached about high street sales agents just being in the game for the money, not being transparent and not having your best interest at heart.

I decided not to waste any time by using amateur’s high street sale agents and opted for the prestigious agents in green, PG. My plan was to pick the best team, sell my property quickly and move on. Three months down the road and horror became a reality. The men in green almost always showed late for showing appointments and hardly did any effort to enlighten potential buyers of the good characteristics my home has to offer. It was then out of pure desperation that I decided to take matters in my own hands and find a replacement property sales agent. Google dealt me a good hand with the search and behold, Property Fox lighted up on my screen as if I won the jackpot.

Having had a bad experience with PG I was very skeptic about Property Fox. I carefully inspecting their website and this time did a bit more digging on the company’s reputation. The more I was trying to find flaws the more promising it started to look. After not being able to find 1 negative review I decided to give them a call. This was the BEST decision I could have ever made. The call center staff (Demi & Carley) were absolute gems, always friendly and eager to help where they could. They provided me with helpful advice and put my mind to ease with every query I had, what professionals. Even one of the company owners, Ashley, kept in contact with me to update me on the sale progress of my home. I remember thinking to myself that if I had a company, this is how I would like to do business.
