PropertyPack.ie is an Irish property risk service for home buyers. Enter an Eircode — or paste a Daft.ie or MyHome.ie listing link — and we run 18 checks against official Irish data sources and compile them into a single report: flood risk (OPW), radon (EPA), BER (SEAI), sold prices (Property Price Register), planning applications, crime statistics (CSO), geology and subsidence (GSI), mica and pyrite scheme status, schools, broadband, noise, air quality, coastal erosion, transport and commute, healthcare access and Local Property Tax. A free snapshot is ready in about a minute. The full PDF report is €29 and arrives in 2–3 minutes. Bundles for active house-hunters: 3 reports for €59, 5 reports for €79. We are not a surveyor and we don't replace one — we do the desk research a buyer would otherwise spend a weekend on, before you spend money on a survey or a bid. Where an official dataset is only published at county or Garda-division level, the report says so rather than pretending to address-level precision. We were in the midst of house hunting…
We were in the midst of house hunting and before putting that final bid on we came across this, for 29 euro we thought why not and me and my wife were pleasantly surprised. 100% value for money. We were able to see all local shops, flood risk, ber, internet etc it was a very comprehensive report for the price and we received it within 5 minutes.

Buying a house is stressful enough…
Buying a house is stressful enough without getting caught out by bad data. We checked a place in Galway and the flood risk section alone was worth the money.You'd be mad not to get a report done before putting down a deposit.
