What I love about this book is

What I love about this book is, it’s not some glossy instagram showreel it’s a real life based guide written by lovely guys who’ve lived and worked through the tough times and mistakes of property investing and have come out the other side more knowledgeable and experienced and still aren’t jaded about property.
With each property strategy they help you decide what strategy is right for you and where you are it .. they give the pros and cons and the reality of every strategy of property investing .. Well done guys I highly recommend this book 👏👏👏

Great book for property novices

As a property beginner, this book was a game-changer for me. After reading several property investment books, I can confidently say this one stands out as the most practical. These guys share their own experiences, including the mistakes they've made along the way, and offer valuable advice to help you avoid those same pitfalls. If you're serious about investing in property, I highly recommend this book.

A great read with attention to detail

A great read with attention to detail. Nick, Simon and Tom have been really helpful in educating me on HMOs. This book has expanded my knowledge further on different strategies which I’ll be sure to use.

Money well spent!

I spent the bank holiday weekend reading the book and it’s jam packed with valuable insights. I’ve done property courses before and they barely scratch the surface and you’re always being sold to on more training. Whereas Nick and the guys share more knowledge and actionable advice in this book than any course I’ve been on. Plus they genuinely seem to want to help people. Cheers guys. Great read

Informative and helpful

I can honestly say this is better than 90% of property education books and courses out there. It’s nice to learn from people that are down to earth and actually speak from experience. I’m now clearer on my property investing goals and now really want to get started doing BRRR.
