I've attended many of these property trainings/seminars but this is by far the best of them all. There was no attempt to sell a product to you, it felt more genuine like they really wanted you to learn something, they also let you talk to their power team. It boosts your confidence to know that these people genuinely want you to do well! I also learnt a lot during the tour and they were eager and ready to answer most if not all questions.

The HMO Blueprint Discovery Day was great value on many levels.

The day is well planned with informational sessions from key specialists, and hands-on visits to HMO's in various stages of progress.

Nick, Simon and Tom are great guys - very personable and attentive, and were completely open to any questions asked.

I'd highly recommend this day to any HMO newbies (me) and seasoned professionals alike.

Ive consumed content, spoken to the team, watched likeminded people sharing questions & thoughts on the forum - I can honestly say that without doubt, Thehmobueprint team are the most honest, transparent and easy to deal with. Honestly I feel like I’ve tried every single one of these courses, specifically around HMOs. So I’d say I’m pretty hard please as previous ones have fallen below expectations.

But my experience so far has been very positive. At Thehmoblueprint, I feel like the guys genuinely are kinda rooting for you to be a success, they are attentive and accommodating. Previous courses I have done you didn’t really have much interaction with the main players. It felt like you were passed on to an admin team who were given basic training and you were left to fend for yourself.

Here you feel nurtured, able to ask questions which is think is important if you are unfamiliar with the industry. And the guys have done a great job in creating a community with fellow like minded individuals, which really inspire each other.

I’m always on the look out for exciting new opportunities and when I started seeing HMO ads on social media I thought I’d take a look. The course is well laid out easy to understand. I like the no nonsense factual approach they take explaining each step and why.

I’m a noob to HMOs and this has been by far the best resource and community I have found on the subject. If like me you’ve scrolled and been served the endless insta posts from other gurus but then discovered you’ve got to sell your own clothes to even read some material of theirs let alone get to hear their personal opinions then joining HMOBlueprint feels like hitting a knowledge goldmine. I’ve posted a few questions in the community now and didn’t expect such detailed responses from Simon, Nick and Tom. I feel welcome, enjoying learning about HMOs and members are at all different stages. Big thanks!

I am extremely grateful to have found this niche community, and the experts are really supportive and transparent. There is ALOT of noise out in the UK property investment space, and what I love about being involved here is that I really feel like this group of professionals are passionate about seeing their partners/students/mentees succeed, and not just some of the more expensive guru programs that leaves you high and dry. Big thanks to Nick, Simon, and Tom for everything, and I really hope to build a strong business relationship moving forward.

Great program. Simon and Nick are an open book and they really want to transfer as much of their knowledge and experience as they can. It’s really insightful for a newb like me who wants to get started in property.

Honestly have done a few other property courses but thehmoblueprint is by far the best one I have been a part of so far!

Thank you guys for creating the great content and for being responsive on the course group chat. The videos in the course are short and to the point but also accompanied by a PDF version if you want to go over any of the content again in more detail.. Definitely getting a worthwhile return on my investment and would recommend.

I've only been a member since the 12th but having been part of a few groups, I can honestly say, this is the most engaging one yet. The chat is quick and useful, not just with Nick and the team, but other members as well. It has a community feel already and genuinely, any question gets answered, and answered in a positive way with the detail you need to move forward. Their ethos behind creating quality properties where people actually want to live, rather than staying because they have no choice, is a refreshing one and aligns with me. What they have achieved and continue to produce, is high quality and having that knowledge and experience available is excellent.

Personally, I found a property within a day or two, posted it to the group for the team to have a look at. I got an honest appraisal, Nick gave me an intro to a specialist architect and the 3 of us had a call about the property. This within 5 or so days and I'm viewing the property with the architect this week....all that within 15 days and it's cost me no extra fees. So, just that is worth the membership...the classic line, your network is your networth, is so true and the instant network through the HMO Blueprint has been excellent.

I've also been able to help another member with property sourcing, so the community feel is strong.

I appreciate it's a personal thing, but this is the only group I would recommend to anybody at the moment, without any hesitation.
