Good customer service
I ordered a brand/type of glove. I received a prompt email to say they were out of stock (unlike another supplier who only told me when I’d allowed a week beyond delivery date to query where gloves were.) and a suggestion for a comparable product. Good customer service. Delivery was quick. The replacement was a comparable product.

I am a delivery driver for a small local company.
My daughter stocks shelves in Tesco.
She gets given these magic gloves and I don’t.
So I thought I would search for some the same.
The ones you have sent me are 98% the same as the Tesco ones.
I could not be more pleased with my gloves.
Now I have had these gloves for about a week and they are perfect.
Spot- on service and I like this company.
Will be re- ordering in due course.

I am really sorry to hear your order was delayed. We work extremely hard to ensure stock is live on our website and stock availability is in place.
Unfortunately there are some occasions where an item can become out of stock due to popularity and lead times to replenish have been longer than usual.
Most importantly, we should have been in regular communication with you when this happened which I feel we were not. For this, I apologise.

We take 1 star reviews seriously and aim to resolve all issues before they occur however having looked at your order I feel we did everything in our power to help you and it was royal Mail who let you down.
We accept fully this is our preferred courier due to their normally exceptional service, and your goods from us were ultimately delayed, but if you would consider reviewing your 1 star on this occasion we would be very grateful.
if you feel the team at Prosafe were worthy of a 1 star review then of course leave it in place.

Couldn't agree more with this review. Our warehouse team mixed up two similar customer names and sent out entirely different items to both customers.
I am glad we were able to resolve swiftly and can assure you were have carried our additional training with our warehouse staff to prevent this from happening again.

One of best companies l deal with l highly recommend prosafe their products are guaranteed and top quality customer service is 100% couldn’t ask for nicer staff to help with any query if you order online it’s delivered as soon as you get it. This company is the best.
