Purchased Cofra Summit S3 safety boots, after 3 months they failed. Warranty claim still not resolved after 5 months. Absolute shambles. Find yourself another supplier.

Thank you for your review.
I would just like to highlight a few points that you may have missed.
You placed your order @ 5.30pm which is after our offices close for the day.
This means that your order wasn't processed by us until the next working day.
Due to this your order would have been due to be despatched on Thursday the 27th. Admittedly your order left us on Friday the 28th.
Your order is with Royal Mail and unfortunately this means that we have no control over when the parcel and the speed at which it moves through their system
If you knew at the time of ordering that it was going to be time sensitive especially with a bank holiday weekend in between, you could/should have contacted us to arrange expedited and /or 24 hour shipping.

Cofra Thermic Metatarsal Full Safety Wellington Boots. On recommendation from my daughter who has a pair for her work I purchased a pair for my husband. He is delighted and says these are the best wellington boots he has had. My daughter works in a large fridge and constantly had very cold feet prior to her purchase, my husband is a fisherman and also suffered with very cold feet. Both now have warm toasty feet when working.

I can see that your order was placed after 9pm on the 10th of April, the goods left us on the 12th of April and according to the tracking number it was delivered on the 14th of April.
In future it would be advisable to contact us (or any other retailer) first to check as this 1 star review could have been avoided.
