I am beyond thrilled with the lasting results of Pro Smile’s whitening kit! Even after a year, my teeth look as if they were just whitened last week. I constantly receive compliments on my smile and can’t recommend Pro Smile enough. Thanks to my recommendation, friends, family, and colleagues are now using the whitening kit too. It’s truly worth getting.

Purchased ProSmile’s night whitening kit recently. The process is smooth - and it wasn’t long before I had my custom retainers and whitening gels. I felt quite a bit of sensitivity after 1 week but the gels and complementary toothpaste help to take the edge off. I could notice a difference in the colour of my teeth after a few days. Customer support is also clearly a priority & any issues are resolved quickly

After doing some research I decided to give Pro Smile a try. Found their website easy to use and my impression kit arrived promptly. Received a phone call to ask if I needed any guidance but as instructions were very clear, I declined. My trays arrived next week and I have used them 3 or 4 xs now and I’m really pleased with the outcome. The sensitive toothpaste really helps too. Customer service is excellent, Sebastian just called to see how I’m getting on and if there was anything he could help with. Would definitely recommend.

The application was really straightforward and yet it was a quality product and felt very well regulated.

The moulding kit came in a neat parcel, and it was easy to use with simple instructions, and then the moulds arrived quickly, so I managed to start my teeth whitening course only a matter of days after my initial enquiry.

The staff checked-in regularly to make sure I was using the kit correctly and answered any queries, and I was really pleased with the overall result, and I’ve since referred a lot of friends and family that were impressed with the difference it made to my teeth.

There is also ample teeth whitening gel that comes in every pack, so plenty of left over gel to “top up” whenever needed.

I went to a wedding recently and received several comments from people about how shiny and white my teeth were looking. I'd been using the Pro Smile Day Kit for the week before the wedding!

It's an easy-to-use product that gives quick and lasting results. I've experienced no sensitivity, but it's good to know that the sensitivity gels are there should I need them in the future.

All in all, I'm very happy with Pro Smile and have already recommended to family & friends.

Pro Smile has been amazing throughout my whole journey with my aligners. The results didn't take long and I am super happy with how my new teeth look. Throughout this time, everyone has been super helpful, with the Dental Nurse always on the other end of the phone if you have any questions or worries and constant checking of the scans to make sure your progress is on track. I cannot recommend them enough, everyone has been so kind and everything was super easy to follow and understand to achieve your dream results! Great experience from start to finish and really pleased with the results. The instructions were also really clear. I used the night time gels, which I found comfortable and I did not struggle with sensitivity. I used the kit for just under 2 weeks, although started seeing results within the first week. I still have plenty of the gels left so they clearly go a long way. Highly recommend!

Pro Smile was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The kit is so easy to use from the impressions through to the whitening kit. The service is so easy to use, inexpensive and the results are fantastic. All my friends and family are commenting on how white my teeth look now! Couldn’t be happier with my results!! The kits are easy to use, affordable, and the support from the company was brilliant.

I was sold pro smile at a wedding fayre. When I informed them I wanted my teeth whitened for my wedding in August 2025. They said the early you start the better. I purchased the set and was excited to start. When my kit arrived I saw results instantly and was very excited. You’re informed to use the kit for two weeks and then a use a top up every 4 months. After the two weeks and I stopped using the whiteness dulled instantly. I was so disappointed that there was absolutely no lasting results what’s so ever. I had followed the instructions to a t and didn’t understand what went wrong. I was due to have a consultation with the dentist but due to my job as a teacher the time offered was not convenient. A follow up was arranged and last minute the dentist changed the time and I did not see this email. I was told I would be emailed tips and a new whitening gels but these never arrived. Although the initial care of the team was great I haven’t heard anything since. I can’t say the whitening gels don’t work at all because they do with great results, I was just expecting lasting results and didnt receive these. My gels also expire In March 2024 so won’t even last until my wedding day which was the reason I had purchased in the first place. I have tried again since but again after the two week period there is no lasting effects. I just feel like I am paying a lot of money to get no results.

My whole experience with Prosmile has been amazing from the get go! The website and application for teeth whitening was simple but thorough and my kit arrived within a few days. Charlotte has been so helpful throughout the process and arranged for me to come in and have my teeth scanned with her to ensure I got my whitening kit in time for my wedding.
I would 100% recommend Prosmile to anyone. I am on day 11 of the 14 days and the difference in my teeth is incredible. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner!
