I have come to the end of my aligners with pro smile and the whole process was so easy the whole time.
Everything was done at home and through the app which was really straightforward to use. There was always someone on hand for if I had an issue with one of my aligners (which was only when I broke one) they have been absolutely fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone! And have!
I have had many people compliment my teeth and they had no idea I even had aligners which was great.

We meet Seb in the Bridal Show Exhibition at the Excell in London. His skills and professionalism was outstanding. He was very patient with our lack of knowledge regarding the product. After purchasing the product we had continued to be in touch regarding the outcomes and products. I have since been able to refer him to our friends and colleagues and we have also been surprised with vouchers for our refills when we need to place the next order. We are overall very happy with the product and the results are noted form the first application. It’s all very well explained in the package and there are links to videos too. Since purchasing the product at the exhibition only took about 3 weeks before we received the complete package at home. We chose the day time option as means we can wear the whitening kits for 1 hr before bed while we are comfortably sat by Tv. Have not experience any sensitive parts and it’s pain free for us. The plastic mouth case is soft and adjusts perfectly to our mouth. Thankyou Sen for your experience and support.

Great service from Pro smile. Had an initial call with Sebastian who explained the process and answered any questions, as was apprehensive about carrying out my impressions successfully. Call with Leanne to do the impressions was excellent as she explained fully. Have since emailed Leanne who confirmed impressions were perfect. She advised the trays and whitening gel will be dispatched on Friday. Looking forward to receiving them getting to brighten my smile. Thank you Pro smile.

He had investigated the problem and was happy to resend the toothpaste with a few extras given the fact that I was struggling with tooth sensitivity. First of all I would like to emphasise that it’s not about the product itself but about the people behind. During taking my impressions I found some difficulties as I couldn’t do it from the beginning, however the team was there to give me a massive support every step of the way. The whitening kit is designed to make your teeth whiter without having any sensitivity afterwards, so for me it was really important this aspect, considering the fact that I used some whitening kits before that left me with sensitive teeth. The whitening process was amazing and I received a lot of compliments on my smile.

Prosmile are amazing! I was so self conscious of smiling in any situation let alone for photos which was making consider aligner/ braces options when I came across prosmile at a wedding show! Seb and his team were so lovely and made me feel very comfortable having a scan, the price came in more affordable then other options I had looked at. The team really look after you on your journey and explain every step clearly,I had 21 aligners over 13 months and I can't believe the difference, I feel confident to smile now! The whitening kit is brilliant and actually lasts not just for a few weeks like others I have tried.
