Prospect Training Avis 

My son had enrolled in hope to get his GCSEs unfortunately he struggled. He felt like he wasn't being listened to either when he asked for help. Rude staff (not all) which he found rather condescending. Anyways he was up at 5am to get there for 9aam start (public transport) and would get home at 7pm. He suddenly became really ill, I had asked can he please catch up his work at home as between drs and hospitals he was extremely lethargic. I was told no and just as we were finding out what was wrong with my son they signed him off . Recently I had been trying for weeks to enrol him again as he is doing much better no body bothered to reply so last week I started phoning every day. Finally I got a text message so I replied James wants to enrol again as hes doing alot better. No reply on the friday, so yet again I phoned today Monday to which yet again Sarah was busy however she sent me a text message that she was sending me an email. The result he'll have to apply again next year as they are full. This whole experience has been disgusting I also wonder if they received funding for my son last year and was it stopped when they signed him off for being ill?

15 months of wasting my time. I just cannot understand how this level of management-down complete incompetence can allow Seetec's subsidiary companies/partners (of which this is one) to be staffed by dishonest managers and utterly inept case workers (or whatever they are called).

Mine spent the majority of the 15 month mandatory sentence attempting to get me back into the job that I had to retire from due to becoming physically disabled.

I complained to him about his lack of listening. I then complained directly to Seetec, who just passed the complaint down the chain to this person's manager, who just bold-faced lied to me, seemingly unaware that emails have date stamps on them. So I complained directly to the DWP.

NOTHING CHANGED.

Just incompetence right up until the last meeting, whereupon I was reminded about the online-portal. Ah yes, the online portal which my case worker failed to inform me about and subsequently failed to provide me with functioning log in details when I requested them, on multiple occasions.

A truly dispicably worthless organisation which is just a parasite attached to the government's purse strings.

This is just a small slice of my complaints, but I have no wish to write a novel.
