Charged me for item and I paid for next day delivery for item not in stock. It did not arrive the next day and when I called them, they said it should have arrived. Then they checked the system and said in fact I did not have the item (as I knew) and it would arrive next week. That was going to be too late for my project, so I told them to cancel the order and issue a refund. They sent the item anyway and did not issue a refund. I cannot even use the item as there was no use for it in my project as it was coming too late. They sent couriers to collect the item again as I said I could not use it. They didn't tell me when the couriers were coming so missed them and they said they'll have to charge to send more couriers. I will assist them in getting the item back however it is not my responsibility to have this large item I asked to be cancelled collected again for them. They should issue a refund immediately when I cancelled the order in the first place due to the item being out of stock. Instead they still sent the order, did not issue a refund and have put the responsibility on me to have the item collected again.

Called customer service and they said theyll have to charge me to send another courier but they would issue a refund. I am still waiting. They did not issue a refund. absolute SCAM to charge a customer for an item not in stock when I paid for next day delivery. Then send the item still when I asked them to cancel it and not issue a refund.

Purchased online through a safari search for the Ditra PS self adhesive uncoupling membrane. Placed an order with Pro Tiler Tools ,the transaction was smoothly processed and hey presto my goods arrived on the day specified. Can’t find anything negative about my purchase. A+****

Extremely helpful and professional team especially Laurence. Really impressed with the quick order process and shipping. A side note the 3rd party delivery company they use Pall-Ex driver was really grumpy and unhelpful and dropped the pallet onto the neighbour’s garden which is 2 metre from the walking path where I receive all of Selco bulk bags I’ve ordered.

Since moving to Swan Valley from Earls Barton the service started off alot slower than it did getting served at Earls Barton but as the weeks went by the normal fantastic service has resumed and hopefully stays that way

I was building a driveway and ordered sand for the project. Unfortunately, the product that arrived wasn't suitable for use. The store quickly resolved the issue by arranging a collection and providing a refund. As a gesture of goodwill, they also offered a discount and waived the delivery charge for the replacement product. The customer service was excellent—swift, polite, and highly professional. I’m very impressed!

Needed some tile grout materials very quickly. Pro Tiler had the stock and got it dispatched quickly and fuss free.

Purchased a tile cutter from this UK company. When it arrived, it had a Euro plug on it, UK company my a**. Purchased a special 5 litre bond agent to paint on walls for adhesive to grab easier for tile, what a scam, turns out if was really weak watered down PVA glue. You can buy 5 lites of thick undiluted PVA from B&Q or anywhere for £10, or get ripped off and buy this protilerGRPpro's watered down stuff, its same stuff and they charged £20 for this, rip off. The tile adhesive I purchased was absolutely rubbish, wouldn't even stick to walls, I ended up throwing in bin and buying proper tile adhesive from local company.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered sweeping sand for my new driveway came nearly 2 day's late and all ripped bags so have to send it back they said gonna send it again with next day delivery but still nothing it meant to arrive yesterday, never gonna deal with them again

awful company. do not purchase from them. when the product is faulty the refund process is long and they want to come to your house!!
