A great product at a very competitive price

Ordered 17 Hardie Backer boards .14 of them arrived wet.company response was they are water resistance.I said ok and when I have asked for little compensation like delivery cost the management said NO.next time I am gonna order from toptiles like I did last year.I am not happy how protilertools delt with me and they are genuinely deserve that review.

I had the misfortune to buy a Rubi DU200 wet saw tile cutter from this company Pro-Tiler. I received what I considered to a customer return sold as a brand new unused item. The tile saw received had a number of faults and was not in a usable state as received. The item sold to me was NOT fit for purpose, NOT of merchantable quality and was effectively SCRAP.

Faults as supplied to name but a few:
1) Broken water pump
2) 4mm wobble at the blade tip
3) Heavy Motor Vibration
4) Deformed/Damaged tile Saw Base

All these faults were reported to company with photographic evidence shortly after opening the boxed item.

Hence this tile saw could not have been brand new. IMHO. Then the company had the ordasity to want me to return the scrap saw so it could be re-sold to another unsuspecting customer. Besides which the sales staff stated there was only comestic damage. That is and was an absolute LIE! Any thinking person can see that from the faults reported that is NOT the case.

I see NO point in returning a scrap item and allowing this company to allegedly deceive another unsupecting customer causing them to suffer from what I consider to be an unscupulus company.

They treat you with disdain to allegedly cover up their alleged incompetence and deceipt in my experience. Then continue to argue with a customer who is a highly qualified engineer with multiple degrees to my name.

I refuse to be treated in this way and reccomend you NEVER EVER DEAL or BUY ANY product from Pro-Tiler!

Good products fair pricing and quick delivery.

Bought their latest 'adhesive stick on tile trims', and they set off the tiles great.
The service is quick and the delivery was safe (12.5m lengths in a tube) - BUT the charge is £10 for delivery.
Hard wearing and scratch resistant.
Suggestion - to enclose a 45 deg angle guide with each purchase to aid accurate cutting

Terrible Company to deal with purchased some stuff via eBay which they didnt even have in stock - nearly 2 weeks still no refund - stay away aweful experience

Great hole saws for porcelain tiles.
Bit on the pricey side but make the job a lot easy.Cut through the 10mm porcelain tiles with ease.
Didn't use any pilot bit and worked fine without slipping all over the tile.
Connected straight on to my 115mm cordless angle grinder.
Would definitely recommend.

Customer service was great. I called the next day to change the size of the trim, and customer support was most helpful. Order was quick and arrived in a timely manner.

A while back I ordered a load of tile backer board, as it was considerably cheaper than b&q and others. It arrived the next day, even with standard delivery and the quality was the exact same as everywhere else. The delivery cost was a bit high but my savings more than made up for that cost.

Ordered some stuff for a DIY job, great service and delivery. Very helpful staff.

Website a little clunky but the product range was excellent. I was able to get the exact match for my grout and mastic. The items arrived next day as promised and were packaged as if they were antique glassware. Definitely use this company for all my tiling needs.
