Great deals with meaningful price reductions over the best prices I managed to find. Excellent, attentive service, very reliable. I have been using the service since 2019 and in all the (many) cases Pruvo successfully improved my deals I was most pleased.

Happy camper. Dan on chat reassured me how the process works and gave good instructions. Then I cancelled my Booking.com higher rate after which Pruvo completed the rebook/process. Got the voucher (confirmation) in writing from Pruvo. Savings amounted to $40 less. Pruvo says I will get confirmation number from the hotel about two weeks before my trip. Should I have any doubts ? Not likely from others' comments.

Excellent little app, I wish I discovered it before as it exactly does what it says on the tin. You choose and book a hotel with free cancellation policy and simply pass this booking over to pruvo. I just saved £70 by cancelling and rebooking. Don’t hesitate just download and see how much you will save!!

We booked a hotel through booking.com. Pruvo took good care of us and found us an identical deal for $180 less. Bravo Pruvo!

pruvo found me the same hotel in a cheaper price, and the cool thing is that they are still checking for cheaper price after the new booking.

So far so good, i made a booking in a website, and prouvo keep track of that booking, until now i managed to save 135€, lets see if i can save some more

I RECOMMAND IT.

first: this is a real website with telephone support as well as fast email support. It can really save you money. you can save anywhere from 20$ - 200$ per order.
Their earlier business model was to send you special coupons codes that you could enter and get a better deal by yourself .
That model has changed and they now work with internal vacation providers. meaning : you now give pruvo your credit card and an order is made on your behalf. all communication is done by them. This is less flexible during COVID or other pandemics. Why ? free of charge cancellation policies are rigid. However, if you order from Booking or Hotels or Expedia or directly from hotel it is negotiable according to the situation even months after the order was created.

Flex cancellation notice worth money (just like flex air ticket) . So if you make an order for coming month: Pruvo is an excellent service. If you order months in advance : think twice if that will fit your needs.

in my case the hotel reduced its policy from 30 to 14 then to 7 days (free of charge cancellation policy). Pruvo provider insisted 30 days.
