Fab Woodbridge event today!

Took my 3 boys to Woodbridge event today and they had an awesome time! 2 youngest were a little nervous about driving for the 1st time but their instructor Sue was amazing and put them both at ease straight away! Great work done by all from booking in by Kay to instructors on what was a freezing cold day 😀 eldest was buzzing to drive a ferrari!

Brilliant experience

Dispite lots of people coming in through the day the system works well. Brilliant instructor today in the Vantage. Got me faster every lap. Recommend the two car experience and six laps which allows you to improve. Great catering but wrap up warm in the winter. It's a freezing airfield!

These cars are not super in any way

Con and scaremongering people into paying for damage waivers to go and drive wrecked faulty cars. Don’t let you drive the cars anywhere near their potential. Once you’re there it feels like they are constantly trying to pry money out of you even though the service they provide is dreadful. Would never go again or recommend to anyone. Try elsewhere as these car are more super unroadworthy than supercars

With regards to the Collision Damage Waiver, all our costs are outlined on our website as you complete the booking (including lots of products that include the Collision Damage Waiver as well as other added extras). At the checkout you can see the CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), BAC (Booking Amendment Cover), Familiarisation Laps and finally POM (Peace of Mind) packages that any guests can choose to purchase at the time of booking. They are not hidden and are completely at the booker’s discretion. However, all guests are participating in a form of motorsport in vehicles that have considerable costs to repair, (even from minor bumps) and we feel that it is equally not fair on the guest to not ensure they are aware of what they are participating in and whilst we pride ourselves as delivering safe events with the best driving coaches in the industry we are all human and mistakes happen and as with any accident there is a responsibility. We hope this helps to explain why we offer the Collision Damage Waiver. This is also explained at check in, and it is entirely optional. All our extras available to purchase on the day are completely at the buyer's discretion. All our vehicles are checked pre, post and during each event as safety is paramount for everyone. Give your all your senses the fizz, buy this experience

Drove three cars Aston Martin V8, McLaren 570s and Porsche 911 turbo. around East Fortune racetrack. It was a fantastic experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Instructors were great and assessed driving ability really quickly which allowed me to drive the cars properly. Favourite car had to be the 911. Ridiculously quick on the straight and was on rails going round corners due to 4 wheel drive.
Enjoyed it that much bought myself a Xmas present for best year.
Highly recommend.

Awesome Birthday day out

Visited the East Fortune Airfield track where my son and I were driving different cars (birthday presents). The day went brilliant, weather was fantastic, instructors were awesome as was the welcome staff when we arrived. Everything explained fully and we both got to drive fast cars fast around the new extended track. Credit to the whole team making our day amazing and so enjoyable we will be back.

You don't get what you pay for.

UPDATED since PSR response

On my booking confirmation the exact wording is ‘EVENT: Drive One Supercar (9 Laps) at Dunsfold Circuit (Home of Topgear).
So yes that is very confusing to the customer and at no point in the buying journey does it make you aware that you won’t get 9 laps at certain tracks or point you towards the track details page. This is very misleading and hidden. If the events are based on miles rather than laps then change it to 9 miles not 9 laps. This also means the cheaper deals are better value as when I did my 2 laps in 3 different supercar experience at the same track I wasn’t told it would only be 1 lap at that track, I did 2 laps in each supercar, so why would I think it would be less for the 9 lap experience.
Stop misleading people in the buying journey. It doesn’t state it anywhere in the ‘fine print’ ’T&C’s’ or ‘Legal’ just a small bit of copy away from the buying journey which can be easily missed before you purchase your experience.

My wife paid for 9 laps in a Mclaren as an anniversary gift.
Once you activate the gift voucher and book your experience be aware you will end up paying an additional cost in the region of £100 on top of the cost of the gift and that's before you’ve even got there.

Once there, the people on reg desk tried to only give me 2 laps, they even asked me how much I paid for the experience even though in all the documents it clearly said 9 laps in the Mclaren at Dunsfold.
I ended up getting 6 laps written down on the driver card which you only get given after the briefing! Once I was finally in the car I only got 5 laps of a 9 lap experience (I paid an additional fee for video and it's clear I only did 5 laps). The rudeness of the staff was well over the top and unnecessary when asking to purchase the video, I asked if it had the gps and speedometer on the video to which I was told abruptly no, so I simply questioned why and said that you had it on them last time I did a similar experience at the same track, I got told I was lying and that they've never had it, even though I have videos from the last experience with them on. The staff members tone was way off. 
A lot of money spent on a very poor customer and driving experience.
Only pay for the cheapest experience offer as you don't get what you pay for if you pay for the higher priced experiences. And beware of rude staff.

With regards to your experience, we believe there has been some confusion due to the lap length being considerably longer at Dunsfold in comparison to our other venues where 1 lap = 1 mile. At Dunsfold, 1 lap = 1.5 miles. It does state this on our website here: https://www.psrexperience.com/track/surrey/dunsfold-circuit/. However, it sounds like you have still received less laps than you should have done and we would like to rectify this for you. Amazing from start to finish

Amazing from start to finish, was a christmas present from my partner. I drove the Aston Martin, mustang gt and the dodge challenger. All instructors were amazing but I want to give a massive thank you to Barry Lee who took me round in the dodge. He is an amazing man who let me loose on the car, I felt so comfortable driving, he made driving that car an absolutely amazing experience, he gave me a hand shake outside the car afterwards too which made my day, I was still buzzing from that drive I haven't stopped talking about it. Thank you Barry for letting me be a crazy fast driver and having full confidence in me and my driving abilities. You are a credit to the psr team 👏 🙌

This is absolutely fantastic

This is absolutely fantastic. My little girl had a brilliant time driving a mini with Mark the lovely instructor. She learned so much and she’s only 11. Much more on one of these experiences than a driving lesson when of age. Excellent staff, all of them were helpful and friendly and they know their stuff. Excellent. Highly recommend this and would definitely take her back.

Avoid!
Shocking customer service especially from Holly and the manager at the litchfield track!
firstly I was told my son would not be allowed on the track unless I paid an additional £25 for insurance. I found out later that this was optional, I was forced into purchasing this.
Secondly I was told we would be there around 4 hours and would have the opportunity to take as many pics of the cars as we would like, this never happened, my son wasnt allowed to get a pic of the front of the car. We were there less then an hour in total.
Holly was very rude and was pressure selling us photos that she had printed, which we did not want. She began to shout at me in front of my 16 year old son, and had a very racist attitude, she is a bully. When I asked her about her attitude, she just laughed in my face.
Once again pressure selling, the manager just said he “doesn’t want to talk to people like us” again another racist remark.
There were customers behind us watching it all, no attempt was made to resolve my issues. They refused to sell us the full photo package until I had paid for the photos she had already printed, which I did not ask for.
So my son now has no pics of his birthday treat, I wish I had not booked it, you have ruined my son’s birthday present!
Narrow minded people, no customer service skills, racist attitudes, they embarrassed me in front of other customers, definitely not family friendly!

Expensive, Disappointing, Rude Staff. Avoid.

Experience at East Fortune. I had this experience gifted to me as a voucher. It was originally £60 to drive 2 supercars. When it came round to booking, we discovered that this package only gives you access to particular less-preferable cars and you have to pay extra for the cars that you would normally expect to be driving when booking this experience. The dates to choose from were well in advance (a couple of months) and to drive at the weekend which was our only real option as we are working Monday to Friday was an extra £25. We attempted to speak to someone over the phone about this, no response on the three occasions that we called. On the day of the experience the lady at reception was quite rude, apologising and then taking a long 15 second yawn in our face before asking if we have seen the damage waiver. I’m not sure where we were meant to have read the damage waiver but basically if you cause damage to the car and don’t have this waiver you are liable to pay the first £5000. I asked what damage you would be liable for specifically asking about stones hitting the windshield from the car in front or hitting cones on the track. Without the waiver you are apparently liable for any damage to the car whether it was your fault or not. The lady at the desk even said you are liable for damage if the wind carries a cone and it hits your car. We paid for the waiver which was another £25. We went to the safety briefing and the man didn’t exactly fill us with enthusiasm or excitement, I understand that safety briefings can be dry but his attitude was not welcoming. We then waited in a queue for my name to be called to get into the car. Initially, I wasn’t bothered about the queue system it made sense as there were many people. However, when I realised that people can purchase more laps (for £10 per lap that lasts about 1 minute) on their drive this system seemed to breakdown with long waits. This means that if you’re far down the queue and are waiting to drive a popular car you will wait far longer than expected and those at the front of the queue can basically spend as much time as they want in the car at a price. When it actually came to driving the cars, I was surprised that the instructors remained in the car and just wait for the next customer to get in. I understand they would have to get in and out the car a lot if there are many customers but I think the gesture would be welcoming. The first car I drove had a large crack in the windshield on the drivers side which suggested to me that they are hesitant to repair the cars despite the clients paying for damage waivers. The second car (the Lamborghini) had it’s left wing mirror held on with duct tape. The first instructor was okay, I made a mistake on the track and the instructor reacted harshly to it, I understand safety and protecting the car is important but he was quite cold to me after this. This reaction/attitude didn’t really make sense to me as I’m in an unfamiliar car on an unfamiliar track (familiarise yourself with the track by paying £10 to be driven around in a regular car) and I just think how can you not expect mistakes to happen in this context. The second instructor was much better, he explained the controls thoroughly and had a welcoming attitude. Driving the cars was fun but standing around waiting for over an hour and a half to drive two cars for about 5 minutes each spoiled the fun. Afterwards you have to hand in your lanyard and card at the front desk, both to check out and to see your photos and videos. It was nice seeing them but I knew I wasn’t going to purchase them as they cost £19 per piece and I believe the whole package of videos and photos was over £60. Overall, the experience was poor and disappointing. The experience felt like you were being rinsed of your money with hidden additional costs that you feel forced to pay. Extra to drive on a Saturday, extra for a desirable car, £19 for a picture and £25 for a waiver (whose price depends on how many cars you drive) when you are liable for damages that aren’t your fault. The staff are numerous and mostly rude. Would not recommend.

Looking at the experience type you had, a standard Supercar experience voucher entitles any guest to choose from a range of supercars including an Aston Martin V8 Vantage, Audi R8, Chevrolet Camaro V8, Dodge Challenger SRT8, Ferrari California, Ferrari F430, Ford Mustang 1965 V8, Ford Mustang GT 5.0, Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, Nissan 370 GT Pack, Nissan GTR or a Porsche 911 Turbo. There are no upgrade fees at all for these cars. The only cars that would have incurred an upgrade fee would be the Audi R8 V10 Spyder, Ferrari 458 Italia, Lamborghini Huracan or Mclaren 570S vehicles.
We are proud to say that our experience days as above do quite often get booked up months in advance. We would recommend contacting us as soon as you have the voucher. We offer ample availability for both weekdays and weekends, but this is allocated on a first come first served basis. As I’m sure you can appreciate, the cost of hiring a venue is increased at the weekend, so we have to charge an extra fee for this which also allows us to keep the weekdays at a lower rate which your voucher does cover you to attend at a weekday at no extra cost at all.
Our telephone lines are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. If you called outside of these hours, then you can leave a voicemail and we will call you back at our earliest convenience. Likewise, if you called at a particularly busy time, you could leave a voicemail and we would endeavour to call you back as soon as possible.

At the checkout you can see a variety of different options that any guests can choose to purchase at the time of booking. They are not hidden and are completely at the booker’s discretion. However, all guests are participating in a form of motorsport in vehicles that have considerable costs to repair (even from minor bumps), and we feel that it is equally not fair on the guest to not ensure they are aware of what they are participating in and whilst we pride ourselves as delivering safe events with the best driving coaches in the industry, we are all human and mistakes happen and as with any accident there is a responsibility. However, some of what you have said you were told is not accurate and we will be speaking to the team members present on the day you attended to ensure they have all the correct information. We hope this helps to explain why we offer the Collision Damage Waiver.
We are sorry that you felt the team member conducting the driver’s briefing was not welcoming. The driver’s briefing is an important part of the experience and there is lots of important information that must be conveyed during that time.
Anyone can add additional laps whilst on circuit, but it’s not unusual for us to have multiples of the same vehicle running. We do operate a live queuing system which has specific algorithms embedded into it that prioritises all guests to have had their first drive completed as soon as possible.
The pitlane/vehicle dispatch area (where you get in and out of the vehicles) is what we call a ‘live’ area so for health and safety reasons we would not want more pedestrians than necessary where vehicles are moving. We hope this also helps explain why our driving coaches don’t get in and out of the vehicle for each guest.
The media charges have been calculated to be as fair as possible and in line with market. There are lots of costs involved in producing these videos which include (but not limited to); staff on the day to review/ install/ maintain/ run the systems, the in-car video and audio equipment, the photographer, the computer hardware at the media desk and of course the USB sticks themselves (surprisingly more expensive than they probably look).

I got to go in the cars ive always wanted to go in but never had the chance or time,Me&Mohammed had a blast in the Audi R8 V10 it was a lovely car probly my favourite Mohammed was brilliant&made me feel relaxed cheers bro.😉&went in the Lambo Huracan with Tony lovely lady again made me feel relaxed,&had a great chat&nice to hear her husband I think was Barry Lee an XWorld Champion at racing over the yrs.&last went in the McLaren think it was with Andy,what a car that was fast bro loved every minute of it guys&shall be back for more hopefully soon,&my son Bradley loved it to bits bless him he aint stopped looking at his picts&videos.You all av a great team&very friendly&make you at ease if you feel abit anxious.It would be better if you could make the track abit bigger tho!haha.Great work guys keep it up all of you nice1.See u again soon.😎Please let me have that R8.😃.

Had a fantastic driving experience at Crail Raceway. Driving the Dodge challenger, Ferrari and Lamborghini. Instructor's were Kev and Dave, Kev you are a Legend 🙌 and also met Steph who was a banter queen. What an awesome day, will definitely be back !!

Total rip off.

Total rip off. Bought the experience via wowcher needed to change booking date wanted £30.00 amendment fee more than the original price paid for the experience. They also charge extra for weekend bookings and certain venues carry an extra fees.
Total rip off. I will write this one off to experience as I refuse to pay £30.00 for someone to press a few buttons to change a booking. Total rip off !!!!!

Much like booking a holiday, concert, or travel arrangements (such as air or train) you make a commitment to a date which the business you have committed to will work to honour. When purchasing a voucher directly (or redeeming a 3rd party voucher on our redemption portal) with PSR Experience, all customers have the option to purchase our Booking Amendment Cover (BAC) at the time of booking (also included in our Peace of Mind (POM) package) if they need the flexibility to change the date due to unforeseen changes in circumstance (like a flexible return ticket on a train as opposed to a fixed time ticket). If, however, a customer opts not to purchase the Booking Amendment Cover but then needs to make an amendment outside of the 14 days then a booking amendment fee of £30 is chargeable. This fee has been calculated based on an average of bookings across the business and is the same for all guests regardless of the value of the experience. However, as mentioned on the telephone, you are welcome to change the driver's name on the booking free of charge so you do not lose the booking. You can do this at any time. INSTRUCTOR "MUHAMMAD" DISGUSTING LANGUAGE

My son had an experience here he won't forget in a while. Firstly, he drove x2 Lamborghini, then a mustang. The second Lambo had a disgusting instructor named MUHAMMAD, also known as "Mo," who apparently is well liked and a good instructor. He spoke to my 14 yr old son like a piece of dirt, shouting at him for braking with his left foot.
He has only ever driven a go-kart, and yes, I get its dangerous, but he should have taken him back in and explained more and if only I could post the audio of how he speaks to him, it would make your toes curl.
I've complained, and PSR are not interested in the slightest. Over 3 weeks to get a reply, which just sang "Mo"s praises and didn't even apologise. I was blagged they would look at it, but it doesn't take 3 weeks, so hence why I'm leaving my colourful review.

I asked to meet up with this fella, which they ignored, as I'd love to have seen him speak to me like that. Very disappointed as I would have liked to have him sent down the road.

I was not there at the time as it was a birthday present from his Nan, an experience he should have loved. I watched the USB he bought for £39 and discovered the language from this particular instructor. Fuming is an understatement, but I now just hope I can save someone else's son/daughter going through this.Also, its another £39 for a practise lap, but this is "Mo" driving you all around the track in a minibus. Not lying.

In our email responses to your complaint, we highlighted that we had passed your feedback onto the Event Manager which has been actioned upon and changes implemented. We were not ignoring your response, to us it read as if you had closed communications with us. As you have acknowledged, unfortunately the participant wasn’t controlling the car safely. This put the person in question in a compromised position who endeavoured to still complete and deliver the experience.

We do completely understand and empathise that the lack of car control was not done intentionally and was likely a reflection on experience in go karts and possibly nerves. We can assure you that the footage in your case was reviewed, escalated and that your complaint was dealt with thoroughly and professionally and appropriate action was taken internally.

Unfortunately, we cannot/will not arrange personal meetings for members of the public with any members of our team.

We would just like to take this opportunity to highlight that the ‘practise lap’ which we call ‘familiarisation laps’ are £10, not £39. Please see the Fees and Charges page on our website https://www.psrexperience.com/fees-and-charges/.

Great Junior Driving Experience for kids!

An amazing experience for kids, able to take full control of a manual car [Mini], with supervision, and get to perform some manoeuvres including weaving through cones.

Queues had subsided by the time we got to the supercar area, however, there were stories of people waiting for several hours to drive 2-3 cars. The queuing and car allocation process could have been smoother in that regard.

Drivers were friendly and professional. No hard/forced upsell of videos and photo packages which was refreshing.

Would fully recommend :)

First class experience from start to…

First class experience from start to finish. My wife bought me the Platinum 6 Car package for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The whole day was extremely well organised and the staff couldn't be any more helpful. Even the showers didn't dampen the experience. What a great bunch of instructors, Mo, Eduardo and Josh (All encouraging you to get the best experience possible)- The drift car experience in the mustang was awesome (highly recommend adding for the end of your day). Was a let down having to get into the Q5 for the journey home :-)

Also need to give a shout out to the media team - There were a few issues will my recordings and some of the photos, but these were quickly resolved without any issues. - Awesome photos.
