Scoring transparency
It’s ridiculous to have no transparency in the scoring system. You can study hard for the exam and still end up confused about where you went wrong because there’s barely any explanation behind the scores. How about changing the way score reports are released? I think candidates have every right to access detailed feedback and understand how their performance was assessed. Otherwise, this becomes money making tactics. I’m giving this one last chance, then I’d switch to a fairer test like IELTS.
