Great customer service from Louie & Paul who visited Hollickwood School today. Punctual, clean and tidy. No disruption to the school, just got on with it and did a great job. Friendly and helpful. Would recommend them and the company

Great Service

engineers know exactly what to be doing, finding their way in and around the company to seek out all items to be tested. the engineer was quick and thorough and just got on with it.

"Fast, Reliable, Professional" - 0/3
Booked a fire alarm appointment with these guys 6 weeks ago.
Call up the day before to confirm time - has moved, but listed as 12.30.
13.00 no one has showed up. Call office, leave message.
13.30 still no engineer, call office again - he's been stuck on a job. No time is recorded for our job sheet.
14.30 call back from engineer to advise won't be wish us today.
Office advises that we need to call up next week to rebook.
Impressive service from a company that we booked 6 weeks out and insisted on payment in advance. Must be a nice little racket for them.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts; firstly may i take this opportunity to apologise for us not being able to make your appointment as scheduled on Friday. Our engineer was booked to visit another local company to yours prior to your booking. The engineer found a fault with their fire alarm and it look a little longer than expected to rectify. I have listened to the telephone call from our office to yours at 14:30 explaining the situaiton and the very pleasant lady agreed that we could rebook the appointment.
You make several comments that seem a little harsh, please be assured that if your fire alarm was found to have a fault we would treat your business as the same priority and would not leave you without a working system.
Taking payment up front is something we do with every new client that has no trading history with PTS Compliance and certainly is not any kind of racket!
If you would like to discuss this further then please feel free to call my office and ask to speak with me direcly.

Great service and cost.
We are a charity that have recently taken on a building and we needed PAT testing. We contacted PTS and we found them helpful from the initial call to the work being done. Excellent customer service and reasonable cost. Will use again.
