Excellent Service
PTS are excellent with all aspects of the service they provide. The administration is communicated effectively and the service engineers attend site and get on with the job. Use annually and highly recommend their service's.

Great service
Great service, easy to book in and the electrician Tom H was really efficient, professional and happy to answer any queries I had.
I had not used PTS Compliance before and found them online for the Banbury area. I am pleased with the service would recommend them and would use them again in the future for EICR and any other work the property may require.

I recently hired PTS Compliance for PAT testing, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, it was an outstanding experience, and here are a few reasons why:
The engineer, Andy Jakeman is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Who instilled confidence from the moment they arrived.
The testing process was done quickly and efficiently, causing minimal disruption to our workplace. This was greatly appreciated, as it allowed us to carry on with our daily operations without any hassle.
Craig's(Senior Account Manager) communication was top-notch. From scheduling the appointment to receiving the final report, I was always in the loop. No question was left unanswered, and they were patient with my queries.
I now have the peace of mind that all our electrical equipment is compliant and safe to use. The thoroughness of their work is commendable.
I believe I received exceptional value for the high-quality service they provided.

A busy company speaks volumes!
A busy company speaks volumes, and despite their busy diary, PTS were able to fit us in for PAT testing. Steve visited one of our sites after finishing another job early and did a wonderful job. Very efficient & friendly.
Very impressed with PTS Compliance and their team - would recommend to other businesses!

Anthony came to test all our business electricals. He introduced himself at the door and was very polite. He checked I had the amount of items to PAT test for what I had paid for as I was under asked if there was anymore. Quick and efficient service Thankyou

WASHCO EICR Report
At WASHCO we love working with companies who demonstrate the same ethos as our own. The chaps who attended to conduct our EICR fixed wire inspection were polite, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, worked in a safe orderly manner. Communication throughout was excellent and the whole team were faultless.
