Quietly Efficient
We had Nathan in today to do the compliance testing. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and was extremely considerate, given that it was a working environment and went out of his way not to cause any difficulties whilst checking all of the appliances, double checking at times, if he was unsure of anything.

Great service from this complany this week. Friendly staff member and efficiently executed visit. Very polite, not phased by being in a preschool and just generally very nice. 3 members of our organisation all agreed on this.

Great Service…
The engineer arrived on time and even though I miscalculated the amount of pieces of equipment we needed testing, he worked his way through them professionally, quietly and with minimum disturbance to a busy office.

5 Yearly electric wiring examination…
5 Yearly electric wiring examination and tests was carried out at Meonstoke's Village Hall. Two days work proved the system to be "Satisfactory". Test records forwarded. The two electricians were knowledgeable and helpful.+

PTS were very helpful in arranging an urgent PAT test and managed to attend the required site within 4 days, the engineer on the day turned up at the required time and provided great service.

PAT testing for Beeston u3a
The engineer, Mark, did and excellent job with a helpful pleasant manner. The only small criticism was that he was given my home address instead of the church for the testing location, so my wife had to redirect him.

PAT TEST
We have been using PTS for 7 years to carry out our PAT testing. All the staff we have ever dealt with are friendly & professional. Lisa is always really helpful. Nathan carried out our testing today. He, as in previous visits, was very efficient. PTS are a company that can be trusted to do their best for their customers.
