Experience with the PHS Team was very positive as always.
We've had an issue with one of our machines the other day. Once logged the job with the Admin Team- they are all great there, very quick in response and professional, we've had our regular Engineer Peter Sturch attending to investigate. After completing his RCA Peter knew straight away what was wrong, Replaced the broken parts on the spot (had a spare in the van), also have offered the advice on what to do to avoid further problems. Overall experience with the PHS Team was very positive as always.

Unfinished work
Badal Gurung visited our office today as there was a job outstand that PHS need to finish. He came in with such a happy and friendly vibe, before he started, he explained what was going to happen and then just got on with it, I really couldn't fault him on anything, A really nice and professional guy.

Phs are always amazing for Barnardos and scheduling them in is super easy and straightforward. We usually have Gary C at our Rhyl Branch who is always super friendly, bubbly, polite and efficient when completing our large amount of electrics.
