Disappointing Experience
Part turned up quickly, however part was faulty and did not work. Issue now is that the part has been returned but there could be a delay in either a replacement or receiving a refund. Not a good business practice to make customers wait more than a week for an answer.

Purchased a Stuart turner pressurising…
Purchased a Stuart turner pressurising unit. We have installed it and it has an issue with the float valve. We just asked for a float valve to be sent out and we would replace it our selves but declined this. They wanted us to remove the unit and send it back to them to inspect under warranty which would take 3-4 days and us to purchase another unit while they are doing this. Makes no sense at all for a £15 part. Will go back to our other supplier for this as they are a little bit more expensive but will deal with any issues if there is any.

Not a 2 year warranty despite saying so on the website
I bought two Stuart Turner SPU 130 Mini Pressurisation Units which were advertised with a two year warranty. When it came down to it this was not the case, so I wrote to Pump Sales direct to ask them to honour it. I've now sent a total of 3 emails all of which have been ignored. I plan to take the matter up with trading standards
