Presentation at point of delivery
Presentation at point of delivery could have been better. I ordered a balloon as it was a gift for a birthday and it was delivered in a box - not really very festive. Other than that the products used were of a high quality and a good selection. Thank you

Hi Jackie,
Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to leave a review. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the quality and selection of our products.
We appreciate your comments about the presentation. While we always strive to create a special experience, we also need to consider how our gifts are transported, so practicality sometimes comes into play. That said, we’re continually reviewing our packaging to make our gifts as enjoyable and festive as possible.
Thanks again for your order and for helping us improve.

Hi Susan,
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to share it. Just to clarify, we do have a section on the cart page where you can include a gift message and delivery instructions. We’re sorry if this wasn’t clear or easy to find, and we’ll take this onboard to improve the customer experience.
We also wanted to mention that when we attempted delivery, the recipient was no longer at the address provided. We arranged to redirect the hamper to her new location at no additional charge, and were pleased to ensure it was delivered successfully.
If you’d like any further clarification or have any questions at all, please feel free to contact me directly on 0414 985 612.
Thank you again,

Purely Gourmet Great Service!
Last minute order that I needed to have delivered on the same day. Customer service excellent and the products ordered were well received by the recipient. Plus discount code offered for spending $150 meant I got two hampers basically for the price of one including the same day delivery cost. Will use them again for sure

Delivery didn’t go well
The delivery had authority to leave which I didn’t request and the parcel was left in the lobby and no name could be find. They had to figure out who it was for

Hello Mrs. Kay,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your delivery experience and understand how frustrating it can be when a parcel is left without proper identification. As mentioned during our phone conversation, all deliveries are handled by our courier partners, and we’ll be sure to pass your feedback along so it can be addressed.
Thank you again for the opportunity, and we look forward to providing you with a better experience next time and hopefully earning a higher rating.
Kind regards,

Great Service!!!
The presentation was beautiful, the products were of high quality, and everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. It made a wonderful gift and was clearly put together with care and attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking to send a thoughtful, premium hamper. However, the courier delivered it to the wrong unit. I had listed Unit 3, but after the company shared the delivery image, I realised the package had been left at Unit 2 instead. Apart from that delivery mix-up, the service and hamper itself were excellent.

While Purely Gourmet wasn't able to deliver a hamper to the location I wanted, the customer service was spot on. They let me know straight away what they could/couldn't do so that I could make alternative arrangements. I will certainly be using them in the future.
