Still better than Uhaul storage prices....
The facility is extremely clean and the staff is friendly. My problem is that I rented 2 storage units within days of each other and when we tried to sync the due dates for the payments, it didn't allow for the 1st 2 months's discount. Frustrating.

Thank you Tamara. Unfortunately our system doesn't allow for specials to automatically transfer when changes are made to an account, but our corporate office is always happy to help. I'm glad we were ablet to get this fixed for you.

I am so pleased with my choice in picking Purely Storage. Dannell is super professional and courteous. The place is always immaculate and smells so good. Also during this stressful time, I really appreciate what they did for their customers..I intend to recommend them to all my friends that seek storage places.

I rented several storages in different states. For example in North Carolina here in Beaumont and vidor tx but purely storage help me on a way that I know I will recommend it to anyone. BY coincidence I met on a job site a owner of a different storage place and he offer me to move to his storage in other words he told me a give u a better price. My response to him was Thank you but no because I am so please with purely storage staff and location

Tight turn in the driveway
I rate 4 stars because of the difficulty accessing the storage unit. The distance between the building and the fence makes backing into the driveway hard to manage. I do not know what could or can be done to correct this condition because its root cause is property line limits and building layout.
The young lady that signed me up was friendly, polite,courteous, and professional.

They were not willing to help at all during the Covid-19 crisis and said that if we did not make a payment on time they would auction off our stuff.

We do have pest control stations around property, thoroughly clean units after a customer moves out, and we have a strict no food of any kind policy to try to eliminate rodents, but sometimes they do sneak in. I am sorry to hear they got to your unit, and I have let management know to monitor the pest situation more closely so we can hopefully get them eliminated.

Everyone at the front desk was so helpful, both in person (before the virus lock-down; I don't know what their in-person policy is now) and over the phone as well as via email. Sign-up for space rental was quick and efficient. I particularly appreciate the gate hours, which are more generous than those of all other storage facilities I've used. A great experience so far!
