I love the fact that I have 24 hour access, but the driving area is full of holes and debris. When it flooded, I got a little bit of water in my unit, but other than that, I like it allot!! The lady in the office is very helpful and sweet

I needed a lock, the office girl charged my debit card. Then realized that they were out of locks. She informed me I couldn't get a refund, it would be applied to my to my storage fee for the next month. I was paid two months in advance. I no longer needed the storage and gave notice. No refunds they assumed they would just keep my money. Now I'm waiting to hear from corporate office, to get my money back. The lock I was charged for.

24/7 Access Should be Included in Price
I wish 24/7 access would just be included in the normal price. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay extra for that. Otherwise, friendly staff and no issues so far. Seems secure.

Thank you for your review. We try to limit 24/7 access in order to provide better security on our property, so unfortunately we do have an extra cost associated with that for now. We will take your opinion into consideration as we are always looking for ways to improve.
