Disappointed and delayed recovery. Felt ripped off!
Since my car crash I’ve had 3 different therapist the first lied directly to my face the second left moved clinics but I he did set me back in condition the third just talked at me. Never had such a bad experience at any physio in my life ! So poor such a waist of time and money. Then got told they need to prolong my treatment as funny enough I wasn’t better by the time I should have been.! Terrible care ! I felt compleatly mis treated and ripped off dispite my insurance insisting I had to go to them. Better to find my own physio and get paid back rather than rely on this firm and have the cost taken from the settlement as obviously my health was not their first priority! I feel still in pain and completely let down. I would not recomended this firm. Sadly! Only telling my story with them. I have no faith in this firm and there value for money.

Forever grateful
I cannot recommend Annabelle young enough she was empathetic ,extremely knowledgeable,&also had the time to listen on every appointment. I was also given targeted exercises for home which have genuinely helped in my on going recovery I would definitely recommend. ( patient ) Annette

Gemma Robinson was very clear with the advice on how to proceed with on going daily execises.
The advice came at a time of frustration at the restrictions caused to me due to a road accident!
However, that is now in the past after almosy 4 months and, i can't give enough thanks to the help and advice given throughout that period in time.

What Relief!!

Exceptional friendly and professional appointments
I cannot recommend this physiotherapy service highly enough. Following a very traumatic accident where a lorry drove into my vehicle on the motorway, I needed physiotherapy to help me recover from the injuries and discomfort I was experiencing.
I attended seven sessions with Adil Moosakutty and throughout my treatment he made me feel completely at ease. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely caring. Each session was tailored to my individual needs, and Adil took the time to explain the treatment clearly and answer any questions I had.
I noticed a real improvement over the course of my sessions, both physically and in my confidence driving again. I was given helpful advice and exercises to continue my recovery between appointments, which made me feel that my progress was being properly supported.
After what had been a very difficult and frightening experience, having such a supportive and professional physiotherapy made a huge difference to my recovery. I am extremely grateful for the care and treatment I received from Adil and would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone needing physiotherapy.

This was my 4th physiotherapy appointment and the difference is amazing. I can’t believe how much better I feel. Tom really is professional and patient and also listens to your concerns.

Relief !
In 6 visits , my painful left shoulder , which had made using my left arm difficult , has improved dramatically. Thanks to Saki ,Neetha and Sania for their professionalism, skill and kindness in making me better !

Since starting with pure physiotherapy…my muscles have started to reappear
Since starting with pure physiotherapy I have gone from having about 20 percent movement in my right shoulder to about 75/80 percent movement and it now feels much stronger , and with the excercise app my back has got a lot stronger . I can highly recommend pure physiotherapy they have done a excellent service for me and Sania was very knowledgeable and helpful 10 out of 10

Akshay was brilliant, he gave me clear and precise instructions. The exercises he recommended worked wonders for my back, arm and neck problems.

Great experience and extremely beneficial
Got my appointment through quite quickly and made to feel at ease straight away. Felt really listened to and my appointments always felt very personal to my needs and the exercises were easy to follow. Each session progressed to my pace and I have definitely benefited from the physiotherapy. Hannah was always so friendly and supportive.

Hip pain
I've had increasing hip pain for several months. Lizzie Rawson has been brilliant. After a lot of questions she concluded it was bursitis, not arthritis as my GP had suggested. She's very kind, patient and a good listener and I've never felt I was being rushed through each of the 3 sessions I've had so far. I've also done the online exercises she planned each day. My hip pain has improved so it's been very worthwhile. I'd thoroughly recommend Lizzie.

Thoughtful consultation, excellent treatment
Lizzie Rawson is a people person as well as a terrific physio. She's a good listener, meaning that a consultation is genuinely a consultation, not just a brisk assessment of a patient's situation. Her assessment and advice has been invaluable to me and has certainly boosted my recovery and well-being. Thoroughly recommended.

Much better than expected!
I had very low expectations of the physiotherapy appointment with the therapist from Pure which was arranged by my GP practice having previously been seen by a hospital physio.
However, Muhammad listened to my complicated history, and he did a few diagnostic tests which had not been tried before.
He was able to tell me about a condition involving my thumb and wrist which hadn't been spotted or suggested previously.
I received a comprehensive set of exercises for this problem immediately after the consultation.
