The minute I stepped through the door Stephanie put me at ease , and all through the consultation she explained everything to me .I would highly recommend Crystal Clear to anyone , they are so professional and kind .

This was my first time using the services of Crystal Clear Ear Clinic and I was so very impressed by the whole experience. Rebecca and Stephanie were both so very professional, friendly, reassuring and competent . I was a little nervous about the procedure but Stephanie put me at ease and explained everything throughout. I will definitely use this clinic again and would not hesitate to recommend this service.

First time visiting Crystal Clear Ear Clinic and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Stephanie was friendly, patient, and took the time to talk through everything with me before carrying out the procedure. I never felt rushed, and her professional approach immediately put me at ease.

From first contacting the clinic until the completion of my treatment the staff were very sympathetic to my condition .It was the first time in 84 yrs that I had sort professional advice for problems with my ears .On the first visit I was given an examination and the procedure to be carried out described. This improved my condition immediately . A follow up examination in the following three days resulted in a discharge with the problem solved and advice how to continue the further care of my ears. I have no hesitation in recommending the Crystal Clear Ear Clinic .
