This was terrible

This was terrible! The product just made my ear blockage worse, and then a month later they made an additional charge for a subscription I never agreed to! Do not go with this company!

My thing is that RestEar is supposed to be a product that as a company the reviews show it as positive product.....I cannot even find RestEar product when I google.........Trust Pilot should take action against this product. Below is from RestEar website....

Do not buy!!

Do not buy!!! When you look at the price, always factor in the extra £60-£80 you WILL have to pay to see an audiologist to undo the mess and damage these things can and will cause. Tried it once, followed the instructions and was left in half dead agony for 4 days. If you think you need one of these, cut out the middle man and go straight to an audiologist.

Puriear Works

I received my Puriear within a week of ordering and if comes with great attachments and easy to understand instructions. I've used it a few times and it has worked for me.So glad I decided to purchase as I have had an ear wax problem for most of my 62 years and have finally found something that really works.I would highly recommend.

I purchased this a while ago so dont…

I purchased this a while ago ( July 7th 2025 )so dont suppose that I would get a refund, but although I've read instructions carefully - its not working for me. it will teach me never to order anything advertised on facebook again as it was obviously a scam to catch people such as myself
Money wasted and as a 81 year old seems I was easily caught

Not happy at all money spent no product that works

Myself and my friend still haven't managed to use the machines even though I was sent a video on how to use it 🙃 so I'm not happy with the products

Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money. Tried this product on softened wax and hard wax. It doesn’t have enough suction to pick up a fleck of dust. I would have returned it but lost a small component so couldn’t. Now in the waste bin.

Great customer service. Great product

The customer service I received was great. I was provided the tracking number for my order, and it arrived very fast. After using the device for the first time, my hearing has been better than ever, and my ears don't feel clogged anymore. I definitely recommend this product to anyone dealing with loss of hearing or excess earwax.

No more itching

After using this product , i feel much comfortable. I no longer experience any itching in my ear due to wax buildup. It was really helpful and made a noticeable difference

I cannot give it zero as that is the amount of wax removed from my ears despite using solutions to soften/loosen the wax. A complete waste of money

I have only used the product once since…

I have only used the product once since receiving it yesterday . But I am so impressed with amount of wax it has removed from both ears. I have had long term problems with excess wax . As the NHS Wales no longer provide wax removal service I have been forced to pay. £70. Privately 3 times a year. !!! So I was so pleased
with the result . I did apply a sprey cleaner to soften
The wax prior to the treatment .

Poor product. Hassle for refund

Low suction power makes this useless. Terrible customer service. I’m on my third request for return details. If I knew it would be such a hassle to return I wouldn’t have ordered.

So much better than cotton buds!

No more guessing! I can see exactly what i’m doing, so i don’t push wax in deeper. Easy to use and much safer. wish i bought it sooner!
