The earwax device cleaner is pretty good

I ordered two ear cleaner for me and gifted one, there is huge difference between clogged ear and clean ear, i recommend it

Fraud doesn’t work

Doesn’t work. another fraudsters like the twist in ear device that didn’t work either. There is no suction . . This is blatant fraud. Reported to Action Fraud at Metropolitan Police Scotland Yard, London

I agree entirely with other unhappy reviewers…

I agree entirely with other unhappy reviewers who have complained about the uselessness of this product. It is woefully underpowered to such an extent that it does absolutely NOTHING! When 48% of customers give a one star rating on Trust Pilot, you know a product is not fit for purpose. For me, it raises questions about the credibility of any of the positive reviews! What is more, the attachments that you are supposed to insert in your ear are potentially dangerous, especially for children. Since I complained, Puriear have asked to to remove this review from Trust Pilot. Note also, that on their own website, all negative comments are automatically deleted! Puriear should be investigated by Trading Standards, and preferably shut down. I'm making an effort with this review because I'm tired of consumers like me being screwed over by scam companies like this! Don't go near!

Puriear ear cleaner

Purchased one of these which had no suction, checked with the Company, who were very apologetic and sent me a replacement. This arrived and this also has no suction. A complete waste of time and wonder who writes the reviews saying how wonderful they are. In my opinion they are absolute rubbish.

Poor quality, don't expect all your money back

The risks of buying from Facebook promotions. The device was delivered with a return address from Cannock UK. I don’t know why others on here praise the suction. I found it had next to none, and was crudely crafted in China. Then comes the farce of trying to exercise distance selling rights. After asking to return for a refund, I was first told that it had to be returned to an address in USA!! But, like others on here, I was offered a 50% refund without the need to return. When I asked why the original UK return address was suddenly not appropriate, I was told, “it is not our official return facility”. The refund offer then grew to 70%. This organisation clearly has a business model designed to circumnavigate UK consumer rights, while peddling shoddy goods.
Since posting this review, I have been offered a further refund, together with a request to remove this entry. It is now true to say that I have received a full refund in total, after an exchange of some 15 emails. i would have been entirley satisfied if this had been achieved at my first request.

This must be a scam

This must be a scam. The product is absolutely useless, the money back guarantee worthless and my reviews on their website keep getting removed. Don’t fall for their clearly fake reviews and don’t waste your money.

15/11/24 update:
Immediately after posting this review Puriear offered me a full refund and asked me to remove my review. I have now received my refund but stand by my review. I am happy to update it however.

there is no suction at all and the money back gaurantee is worthless they only offer a percentage of the cost and only after the item has been shipped back to them

Works Better Than Expected

I've had issues with earwax buildup for a while now and it was starting to affect my hearing temporarily. I didnt want to keep going to the doctor just for ear cleanings so I decided to give Puriear a try. Honestly I wasnt expecting much but I was surprised at how well it worked. Its gentle but still manages to clear out the wax and my hearing feels normal again. Definitely worth having at home for regular maintenance.

These really work

I’ve been using my Puriear hearing aids for 3 weeks now, and they’ve been amazing! I love that they’re rechargeable and don’t cost a fortune. The sound is clear, and they’re super easy to use. I haven’t had to mess with any adjustments or go back to the clinic. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something affordable and reliable!

Beware puriear are a bunch of scammers and stay away don't order any wax or ear items they are fake and based in USA they have taken money rather stolen money I haven't even ordered they stole my bank details somehow I haven't authorised any payment and I reported them to the police I have no family or anybody else who ordered so Joanne stop making excuses How did you get my bank details and the authority to take my money you better refund my money with an apology I won't rest until I receive my money back

Great product with useful attachments

No suction

No suction. How often and for how long should I be using the Puriear? I have used it for 3 days, three times a day. Each session about 5 minutes. How do I know if it is working. No sign of any wax being removed

Don't fall for this!!

Like so many previous reviews, there is NO SUCTION and is equivalent of using a cotton bud but worse as costs far more. A total waste of money and time. Putting it in the bin.
