New peterborough store... we loved it. Great atmosphere, lovely staff who went out of their way to help us. The course are fab! Will defo be back

Absolutely awful.
Turned up at Peterborough store the day after opening for a round of golf and a 4-pint pitcher with a friend.
Shutters were down, lights were off, phoned customer service and they couldn’t get hold of the store either.

Emailed asking for a refund, told them the situation and they replied:
“ Our Puttstars Peterborough centre was open all day on the 12th November and there were no issues with the centre.”

“ When making a booking you would have agreed to our no refund policy before making payment.”

Etc.

Don’t waste your time or money booking with this company.

Visited the Leeds store on the 18th September. Service was brilliant to start with. You could see they were short staffed. I ordered some drinks via the website however we waited over 45minutes for a drink order. Went to ask where our drinks were and staff member advised he would bring them over. Drink order was incorrect and the payment was put through twice. Asked for a refund on one round and the staff member apologised however he did not get round to do so. We ended up leaving as people were complaining about incorrect orders and our children were bored of waiting. I filled in an aftercare survey and was emailed to apologise and asked for more details. After various emails back and fourth, the refund was meant to be paid over 3 weeks ago however I am still waiting. Staff will only email even when asked for a call back and my complaint has not been taken seriously. Just keep getting fobbed off. Would avoid.

A great place in Harrow to take the family for a mini golf fun experience & to enjoy the arcade. Great atmosphere, pleasant staff always willing to help with a smile. The place is very clean and tidy. A lovely place to have kids parties, we had our first party experience & everything was great.

Kids had lots of fun. Golf course seemed easy for 10years old, but they enjoyed it anyway

Booked a kids party for rochdale..wow what can I say other than absolutely fabulous..every member of staff was so nice and kind and happy and helpful throughout the whole party every child loved the evening.It was really a great time thankyou puttstars rochdale for a fabulous time..sorry we didn't remember any names on Dwayne but all of you are a fabulous team..

We went on a Tuesday night, it was quiet, reasonably priced and had a nice variety of courses.

We had a fantastic time, friendly staff, place is clean, food was great, great atmosphere. Would recommend 100%

It is a place I can go with my grandson, he is 16 I am 80, we enjoy it very much.

Six of us visited the Leeds branch. While we were playing we found one of the scoring screens was not working. I told a member of staff who said he knew about it. I asked how we were meant to complete our game? He said you can't. This is not good enough, if they knew about beforehand why wasn't we told before we started playing? We will not be taking returning as this level of service really isn't good enough.

Most machines where broke then the ticket machines broke. To top it off my 6 year old child was giving moulded bread with his hot dog. Attitude of the manager was a total disgrace.

Super place to take the family, a great place to take out two or three hours

Option to pay for one course - don't be fooled: this is an option to pay for half a course that is only 9 holes and could easily be completed without a queue in 20minutes (family of 3,one 9 year old). Course is clean and shiny but no bounce/spring on the edges, so no angles because the ball slams the wood and hugs the edges. Nice gimmick of using a joker and good interface for recording score on mounted tablets.
Service is very variable: young lady on reception helpful and cheerful, serving staff saunter round at a snail's pace with no impetus to serve customers sat waiting and no apparent system to ensure taking orders matches who has waited longest,and no apparent interest or accountability when Hamza was advised of this -it was 'okay' to him that we were leaving without ordering after waiting whilst other tables round us waited, which was upgraded to a disingenuous apology when prompted.
4 stars if service had met bare minimum standards....
