Very good family day out. Mini golf was really funny and good experience for all ages. Lots of different activities. Food was tasty but portions very small for the price we paid. We definitely will visit again

The centre was too busy with little regard for player numbers and the overall user experience.

We played two rounds behind two groups of 8 & 10 respectively which caused huge backlogs and queues not just for us.

Booking should not allow this and playing with little kids caused a big problem through boredom etc etc when you play for 5 mins and then wait 10 minutes for your next hole.

There was no staff supervising the course / playing speeds / group numbers.

Absolute joke of a place leeds puttstars. Very rude staff. Paid an extra £41.80 for extra 2 games as the online ordering system messed up on top of £40. Found out he over charged me £14. I asked for a refund for my £41.80 as it was soooo overbooked there was at least 10 people in front of me on each course. Got told they couldn’t do refunds in store and I need to contact customer service, I then call customer service after leaving the hell hole and they tell me they can’t do refunds. I asked if I could have food credit for the £41.80 and they say no chance and offered me 2 courses. It’s a 80 mile round trip for me so this isn’t acceptable after the staff tell me to call them for refund. I don’t know how this place gets busy. The staff are sooooo rude it’s unreal, my kids asked reception for some change and they snapped at a 9 year old. I mean come on, a 9 year old on his birthday, this place is a joke so honestly do not book this place it’s way too overpriced. Sort your staff snd system out puttstars instead of lying to customers. You should be ashamed.

Initially, booking via the website was very difficult, due to having to change my password on numerous occasions. Once I called, I managed to make my booking within minutes! Overall the centre and experience itself was great!

place is nice and fun, little bit understaffed with not enough experience, beside that main problem is the kids 1 or 2 groups between 10 and 20 kids just sitting around putting feets on chairs and tables yelling vaping arguing fighting, they occupied half of the place and noone from the stuff or security seems to have issues with that, so if you plan fun with your family or kids it wont go as you planned.

Golf courses fun but easy, staff were friendly, arcade area feels crammed. Overall a small fun area, great for the price. Had fun 🤩

Came to visit Peterborough one and found staff standing in one corner talking to each other. It showed lack of experience and customer services. A group of teenagers think they can get away with running around arcade. It wasn’t very busy as could tell when we arrived. Should have security guard to deal with troubled kids. Staff need to have extra training on how to approach customers for their entertainment slot with better manners

Had an awful time, we played on the hardest course, teenage children just playing where they liked, I had to tell a lady the holes were numbered on the floor as she was stood waiting for myself and my son to finish hoke 5, the same teenagers were throwing golf balls and sliding down the rails, staff just didn't seem to care ...... if I had to go and play golf in Peterborough, it wouldn't be here.

Awful. Took over 30 minutes to get a drink, teenagers fighting in the bar area. Understaffed and full of angry little chavs

Avoid. What a disappointment. Waited for Peterborough to open with excitement. Don’t waste your time it your money.

Nice to have something like this in Peterborough. It has only just opened so expect it to have teething problems!
Not as bad as some reviews but our food was cold.

Birthday Party Booking: Head office Customer Service Poor and slow. Takes too long to answer the phone. Not very accommodating with any extra kids. Food was ok, but not enough chips provided. Had to pay extra for small portions (not happy at all). Not allowed own food despite some children with allergies. The centre can't cater well for these. Just two decent veggie items no substitutes offered. Host was brilliant, very polite and looked after us well. Apart from that we may possibly not hold any more parties here.

Absolutley awful experience. Didn't have the drinks that we wanted more than once and when ordered took ages to get them. Food never arrived after a hour and a half (we booked for 7pm) so was cancelled never even got to start our game. Selection of food and drinks were poor. Staff didn't know what was going on we had never been before and asked a few questions and they were very uninterested. Currently waiting on refund.

We have visited this new venue twice in one week and have been severely disappointed. The venue is starting to look old after only a few days of opening. Service is poor and disorganised. Such a shame but we would not return.

Great family fun. Will be back.
