We then worked with Leon when submitting our offer and throughout the buying process. Leon was absolutely wonderful. we went to view the house, asked for a application form. never got given one or emailed one. emailed later that night asking to go through with tenancy, called in the morning said they’d send it over and then it’s now gone.
