Due to a bereavement there was an outstanding utilities bill we were unaware of. Malcolm( cant rember his name sorry) Was very helpful, explained the options, next steps etc. He was compassionate and took his time. Nothing was rushed to sort out the issue. No 'bully-boy' tactics. Felt very relieved with his advice

The man put me at ease, explained the reason for the call. He asked a few questions. The whole thing was just like a polite conversation.

Emailing my 25 year old deceased son’s personal email address (after suicide three months ago) chasing a debt is just the sickest thing imaginable for our grieving family - may you (eventually) rot in hell with your appalling business model that places financial gain over any kind of human decency
