Qdoba Avis 

I purchased an email offer for a $100 gift certificate which came with a $25 bonus, sent as an "e gift". I presented it at two different stores to redeem, in the correct time frame. The staff could not get it to work. Not a reflection on the store, they tried. I contacted guest relations and was told "we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement". No worries, I'll buy burritos somewhere else.

Jacoby and his female coworker working at Southglenn on Labor Day were incredible and went above and beyond for my mom and I. We had a big order and Jacoby kept the ingredients fresh and switched out the meat for fresher for my sons tacos. I hope they get recognized for this and are rewarded for their incredible customer service in a time when kids their age are not working up to CS expectations.

I really enjoy the food and the service at the Qdoba in Frankfort KY! The store was very clean, food was fresh and crew was on point!

Ordered from qdoba willoughby ohio...steak bowl meat was dried up & horrible several items missing off bowl. Would not refund my money...gave them 2nd chance guacamole missing off both bowls. I only got horrible rude behavior from Mgr Amira and an apology from main office..nothing more. I WILL NOT HE EATING FRON HERE AGAIN. ..WASTE OF MONEY.

I had my order Door Dashed. I went against my better judgement to do this. I made my own bowl with the steak, cilantro rice, sour cream, and some other cheese. Let me reassure you, the steak was dry and burnt and old as me. I wonder if I had gone in would they have given me burnt meat. I think I'll try something else. This location is in Detroit somewhere.

I order 2Chicken burrito,all I can say is "disgusting". The burrito was huge but filled w brown rice lots and lots and lots of it!!! A very small amount of the Cheapest chicken chunks. Its a BIG NO for me. I would go to Taco Bell any day over Qdoba!!!! My 1st experience was like yuck!!

This is for the store on West Atlantic Ave in Delray, I am a somewhat regular customer setup for their rewards program but after today I may not be back. Wife and I went there for lunch and since just two weeks ago all the employees are different. The guy behind the counter measured everything in tiny portions, not like 2 weeks ago when the girl was very generous with normal or just over normal portions. This guy was rationing the food. The Manager on duty said if I wanted more cheese than they gave me they would charge extra.
The manager mentioned corporate had gotten on them for portion size and I mentioned to him to tell corporate they just lost a customer. With rising prices and people eating out less I would think they would be more pro customer.....
Food was not hot either and my wife said the bathroom was so dirty she waited till we got home.
I had hoped this was a great alternative to Chipotle but I guess I was mistaken. We arrived at lunch time and the place was basically empty, perhaps other people noticed as well.
Amended review, went there again and the server tried to charge me 1.00 fir a tortilla on the side when I ordered a bowl. I said a burrito comes with a tortilla, can't make one without it. Server said but you ordered a bowl and if they didn't charge you last time was a mistake. Poor attitude and a dollar for a few cents worth of a tortilla?...

Unfortunately I can not recommend the qboba in Perrysburg. I have gone now twice. They dont fill up anything here. They do half scopes and look confused if you ask for more. Even the chip and cheese was only filled half way, told my the manager to do that so I know thats just how they do. But the food itself if flavorless. The first time I got the stake, and then the chicken. They both just tasted like charcoal with no seasoning. If im going to recommend a place I'll say chipotle is much better, its about the same price and there food has flavor to it. Even my friend said he not coming back either. And we were both so excited for this place we love qdoba better😢

I don't know what is going on with Qdoba, but I'm a loyal customer who typically eats there twice a week. The service and food portion has gone down. It's abysmal. My portions have been reduced to at least 1/3, but the price has either stayed the same, or gone up. I really enjoy the food as I've been eating there since it was opened, but if this is the new 'new', then I'm heading to greener fields who provide a fair portion for my money. My go-to location is Florissant MO.

We recently ordered Qdoba catering for a meeting of about 60 people, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The food was fresh, plentiful, beautifully presented, and a huge hit with our group—but what truly set this order apart was the level of care and professionalism shown during the setup.
The team didn’t just drop off the catering trays—they thoughtfully arranged every item, ensured the warmers were properly lit, checked that the serving utensils were placed correctly, and walked us through the layout so everything would run smoothly once our guests arrived. Their attention to detail made hosting such a large meeting effortless.
A special shout‑out goes to Tanysha, who went above and beyond. She had my order from prior year and made sure that i was taken care of! She confirmed the order personally, verified dietary needs, and made sure everything was on time and exactly as requested. Their pride in their store and their commitment to great service were obvious, and it made all the difference. We were also in the store a few days prior, she recognized us and assured us that they were all ready for our order! It felt like I was talking to a friend! she alsoe followed up with me after! We’ll absolutely be ordering again!

Qdoba is not honoring bonus gift cards issued during December. The card was marked expired early and the company who issued the card says it's not their problem and Qdoba customer service didn't respond. Don't bother buying gift cards from this retailer. They are happy to steal money.

First time out of lettace and pico, then charged for drink we didnt order. They couldn't do the refund because the computer wasn't working as they had us take a big drink home anyway , (that we didn't want) Then I uploaded in the app, and they gave us chips and said they would bring out the queso.We waited about fifteen minutes our chips were cold and we ended up getting up and asking again for the queso.

Second visit as soon as I walked in at 11:35 they were out of grilled vegetables which was the reason I came back...about the only thing that was great the time before. They said they were slammed the night before and didn't get everything stocked for the next day. There were 3 people there...When you have a big day night before then you get there early and you make sure everything's stocked. Pricing is extremely high for amount of food you are given. The employees even told me they thought pricing was high especially the drinks. $3.95 a bottled water and pop. Tiny kids milk $1.95.
Chicken regular size bowl is $11.95. And about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of chicken.

Also on the second visit, we were offered beans - the time before we weren't offered beans at all.

Good try but a disappointment. Management have to turn this around or another failed attempt.

Have what you need to make the food. Belleville Road is always out of something. Evenings they almost never have the peppers and onions. Waste of time to go there.

good food was tasty and worth all the money spent.

On Saturday, September 27, 2025 my mom and I went to Qdoba located at 3500 Boston St, Baltimore, MD 21224. Canton Location.

When we walked in, we were greeted by Robinson who was the manager on shift. I had an offer that I received by email, but I was having issues with the app. Robinson helped me with the issue immediately. Me and my mother both got a bowl with a few fresh toppings, and the queso and guacamole for free was a plus considering that's a charge at other places. The flavor was very tasty, and we enjoyed every bite. The portion size was very appropriate for the price. Robinson came our table and asked how the meal was as he placed a tray of chips, queso and guac. We spoke a few moments more about a few things on the menu that me or my mother had never tried because we always get the bowl. Robinson's explanation of the other items definitely made me feel good to try the burrito with steak and chicken next visit.

The restaurant was very clean; the bathroom was very clean as well. The staff who made our bowls and cashier were all very friendly. Robinson's store has won my go to Qdoba location!!!

Supposedly new policy dictates no service while a customer is on the phone. My wife fractured her ankle. I just got her out of the ER. She wanted quodoba food because she was hungry. I have her in the car while I go in to get her food. While in line I was told they cannot service while I was on the phone. I explained that my wife was on speaker so I could get the order right. I was told no, they cannot serve while I was on the phone. I said ok, if I get the order wrong, will they fix it. Response was no, that was my responsibility. She suggested that my wife text me so I could read it to her -- how stupid is she? I would be on my phone reading it. My option was to get my wife out of the car, just fractured her foot at 67 years old, come in and place her order. No common sense manager. I'm sure we will not hurt your business by not patronizing any more. But damm, Williamsport PA quodoba my message to all is stay away. Thank for the past experience.

The crunchy chicken quesadilla was disgusting! Soggy and bad tasting. What a waste of money. The guac tasted like a huge lime and the chips were stale!

No one even spoke to me, my order sat on the counter because no one called my name (online order)
Considering I had my burrito with sour cream, guac and queso, it was very dry, the rice was like hard little kernels, and the whole thing was just .. Flavorless. One and done, no thanks.
