QPuzzles Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned & operated Jigsaw Puzzle manufacturing company in Ashmore, on the Gold Coast, QLD. Our puzzle products are 100% entirely made here by us and not outsourced. We are proud to say that all components used in the manufacturing of our jigsaws, including puzzle boards, papers, tapes, packaging, inks, and glues, are all certified with one or more “Green, Eco, Earth, Forest friendly, Food Safe and Toy Safe” certifications. It is important to us to ensure that anyone handling our puzzles, especially children, is not handling carcinogenic or toxic materials that are regularly found in many other similar products. At QPuzzles, we treasure our company’s reputation for service, quality, and care. That’s why we offer a complete replacement warranty on all jigsaw puzzles we make. Should there be an issue such as a missing piece, manufacturing fault or some other quality issue with a puzzle, we gladly attend to correcting/replacing it as soon as the matter is brought to our attention. Best puzzle we have ever bought
This puzzle is of the highest quality- pieces are thick and fit together extremely well. One of the best puzzles we have done. Picture was exactly as sent and communication was excellent throughout the process. We will be buying plenty more puzzles from puzzles.

Great service, and puzzle product
The service provided by the staff was really great. They managed to switch delivery locations, and expedited the production to arrive quickly. The quality of the puzzle and box was also great.
The only small negative I had was related to the fact that when I did the purchase I didn't see it advertised that the company would be closed for quite some time over the Christmas break. This did mean that the puzzle didn't arrive as soon as I'd hoped. So I would only recommend that this is clarified in future (it was only on the website landing page, but not on the puzzle design or order placement page).
Is definitely use this service again! Thank you

Please note that the Christmas break notice was mentioned on the website's main page, the announcement bar, and our FAQ page. We also sent out an email with our holiday notice and posted it on our socials!
On your order confirmation sheet, there is also a note that explains that our regular processing times can be up to two weeks which correlates to the correct timeframe for when you received the package. For the future, we recommend you subscribe to our email newsletters and follow us on all our social media profiles to be kept updated!
So apologies that our announcement wasn't more widely available for you. We look forward to hearing from you again and we hope you had a safe and merry Christmas and Happy New Year! 😁

Beautiful and unique puzzle, great service.
Customer service was really great when I reached out with a query, and my husband loves his Golden Temple puzzle! Such a unique and beautiful design. It's coming together nicely and he appreciates the puzzle mat to help keep it all neat and tidy and safe from furry kitten paws!

The jigsaw puzzle was a gift for my cousin.
The jigsaw puzzle was a gift for my cousin who lost her Mum this year. It was her entire family on a holiday and she loved it.
Brilliantly enhanced as the photo was not as clear as I would have liked and it made a huge difference. I can only recommend QPuzzles very highly for their service and initiative.
