Used QCT to book a coach to run a shuttle service from local park and ride to Fordell Firs scout camp site for a District camp. We moved 360 young people to and from the camp.
They were easy to communicate with, fully understood our requirements. For example as well as invoices when we booked. We got an email about 48 hours before telling us the drivers name and such like.
They contracted a local travel company called Merlin Travel. They were great too, drivers were helpful and friendly.
I have done this sort of thing before and it wasn’t nearly as easy. QCT took all the possible hassle away.

Excellent service for a recent junior school residential to France. Our driver Mo was professional, approachable, 100% reliable and great with the students too. Thanks Mo!

We booked for a group trip to London Zoo, great communication from start to finish.
Coach was at the village hall early, he was helpful, polite throughout even when we had two children being sick all over the place.

I recently worked with Quality Coach Travel to manage transport for a large group of 51 travellers across the UK over a 2 week period, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.

The communication and coordination in the lead-up were excellent, and everything ran smoothly on the ground. The drivers were punctual, professional, and incredibly accommodating - even with a few late changes along the way. The coaches were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made a big difference for such a large group moving between multiple cities and stadium visits.

What stood out most was the team’s flexibility and professionalism, especially in handling the inevitable challenges of London traffic and group logistics with patience.

The first took our year 2s to Whistable and the second took our Reception children to Joss Bay.

We were running a school trip with 22 students in Paris when our flight was cancelled. QCT found a coach and drivers to pick us up and bring us back to our school in Devon. The drivers were fantastic; nothing was too much of a problem for them; they were kind, thoughtful and efficient. A really big thank you, especially to Neil - who was wonderful.
