We onboarded with Quartile right before the Holiday selling season. While it was a short time for Quartile to get up-to-speed on our account, I feel that our onboarding manager, Eric Poffo, did an amazing job. As an e-commerce owner, I have many hats to wear. I am so thankful that I DO NOT wear the shopping feed and analytics hat as Quartile is absolutely the best on the market in my opinion.

My Account manager Scott was great
My Account manager Scott was great. Everything else is terrible. Communication for setup is bad, They will bill you even though they miss initial set up. This is the second time I have tried them and has been a waste of time.

Quartile - Up Front and Clear
Quartile is up front and clear about what they are doing for us. They do not try to get you to spend as much as possible on advertising, which some companies could try to do. We have used Quartile for only one month and we are seeing good results. Definitely recommend.
