Paul is one of the rare estate agent that really care, you can really count on him, even from a buyer point of view. We were on a relatively small chain but needed a speedy purchase, this was done in 2months, we weren't Paul client's but he treat us as we were, replied straight away to calls and emails,even after office hors, kept us updated and help us chased solicitors on each side. I recently dealt with Paul on a property purchase for one of my clients where Paul was acting for the seller. It was hoped that the sale would go through before the deadline for changes in stamp duty which was always going to be a close call.

This state agency is totally rubbish I had viewed a property they promised to call back for referencing as I wanted the property. Paul promised his colleague will give me a call but never did I had chased it up and spoke to Paul again he then promised me again but no call I believe this is not professional company at all please stay away as they will have you left in the air thinking they will be calling you back.

Time wasters.

I must confess it has been 10 years since my wife and I have dabbled in the property business, however after much discussion we decided to move out of London, after looking at some houses we stumbled across Abbots Close, Rainham. Call the Estate Agent ( Paul Quatremain ) who I must say has been first class from start to finish not only did he reschedule his dairy to suit us he was also available to speak at all hours of the day, he was clear concise and very professional. This purchase had to be right for us and Paul made the process seamless for both me and my wife, We would like to mention that the legal teams were helpful and played their role well, but I must say that without Pauls input I am quite sure we would not be enjoying our new dwellings.
